Where do I even begin? Waited in the heat for 15 minutes on a bell hop which never showed. Valet didn't offer any assistance and rushed for my keys so they could expedite my vehicle away despite my effects still being inside. First morning of our stay we awoke to a backed up tub with brown chunky water bubbling from...

Good Day, Thank you so much for your thoughtfully written review. I understand and share your frustration regarding the quality of service and value of product throughout your stay. At the JW Marriott Starr Pass, we hold only the highest expectations in regards to customer service and I apologize that you were unable to experience this throughout your stay. I...

Terrific resort in majestic setting. Loved our stay but if we sat on the chairs of our terrace we were completely walled off from the wonderful view- we had to stand up to see anything. Very strange but boy when we stood up it was breathtaking out there. Other issue was a server at the Signature Grill where we had...

Had an amazing one night stay with my girlfriend of a year, her first time at the JW. The Couples Starr Pass massage, the Lazy River, evening tequila toasts, and 24 hr fitness facilities all bred an environment of relaxation and indulgence. The best part was by far the staff. All were extremely pleasant and cordial, however one went above...

Hmmm - nice grounds, great views, prompt service at all interaction points, and the room was fine (met, but did not exceed expectations for a JW). However, traveling alone I was looking forward to a quick light bite at the bar instead of sitting alone in the restaurant and got disappointed. The bartender (Branden - sp?) was great in all...

In planning a vacation spot to celebrate our anniversary, we chose this hotel. My husband reached out to the concierge prior to us checking in. She devoted time to help us find restaurants in the area, activities to do, she made reservations for us at the spa and Primo, and included several special complimentary touches to make our stay there...

Everything that you looked at was visually stunning. The workout facility was nice. The hiking trail was good. Sitting on the outside food/bar area was breathtaking at night. The rooms were average and small, but clean. While we enjoyed the drinks on outside by the many fire pits, we did not enjoy how expensive drinks and even appetizers were. If...

We decided to do a Staycation, and everyone had a great time. The rooms were clean and spacious. I stayed in one of the suites but was disappointed that it was on the first floor and it faced the street and all the parked cars on the street. I must say the food at the lazy river was excellent. Get...

When one checks into a AAA Four Diamond resort, one expects a high level of comfort, quality, and service. You won't get that from the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort. I stayed here two nights to attend a work conference. Never again. The Room: When I checked into my room, I found a yellowish substance on the toilet seat. (See...

With the exception of Brian, who manages the recreation and restaurants, the place has awful management. HE did a great job managing drunken, unruly guests AND the restaurant has amazing kids meals and "I would fly 5 hours for" chocolate brownie cake. Austin, of the FD staff, also did a terrific job and pitched in with other duties, as well....
