Have spent 2 different 3-night stays there. Very nice place. We recommend it. Good breakfasts. We like the flavored water they keep on tap. All staff were friendly and helpful. It's not on the edge of an Interstate either.

Some of the front desk employees rude, carpets in the hall way and in the rooms are very stained bathroom smell kind of musty.. In my room Killed a couple of huge roaches that was disgusting that did it for me. Called the front desk and the girl that answered said oh well we are in the desert... DEFINATELY WILL...

Thank you for your feedback. I'm disappointed to hear about the experience you had with us as well! This is far from what you should expect while staying with us. I will definitely address each of your concerns with our staff and continue to improve daily.

We arrived 2 hrs earlier since we were coming in from out of state, we forgot their was a time difference, so in reality Tucson time was behind our time. We had a wedding to get ready for and would have been rushing at the last minute to get ready and to go find the place. Your customer service was...

This place is old. Room was large and well laid out. The furniture was stained and disgusting. Breakfast was typical La Quinta. Not bad and they have waffles. Pool area was large and nice. Worthwhile if you can get a good rate.

Thank you for your review and feedback. Our La Quinta was originally the Aztec Inn and built in 1969, so it does have character and larger spaces. However, dirty furniture is not part of our standards. We will definitely follow up on identifying any room that has this issue. Thanks again and we look forward to seeing you soon so...

This was a nice hotel. My only disappointments were the front desk responsiveness and the breakfast. It would be nice if there is a way to alert the front desk staff. They were in the back and I had to wait a bit on checking in and out. The breakfast bar was subpar for even an LQ hotel. I was...

Thank you for your feedback. I will definitely speak with our front desk staff, as they have a camera to double check to see if anyone is out front if they need to be in the back. I'm disappointed to hear that our breakfast did not live up to your expectations. I'm not sure if the breakfast was not fully...

This is my 2nd review of this hotel. The first trip was back in October of 2015. Since then, this hotel has shown some wear and tear. I think we have stayed in the south wing all 3 times we have been there. This trip was a 4 night stay so we used most of the amenities. Pool was clean...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I'm happy to see that you enjoyed most of your stay, but disappointed to learn we have a lost the luster that the property had after being open a year. I am a new GM to the property and we are working to update the hotel and insure it's always...

Exterior is inviting, with desert landscaping. Lobby is large and nicely appointed. We didn't find many magazines to browse though. Our room was on the third floor as we requested, and was clean and comfy. Breakfast buffet was free, and good...All in all, a nice stay.

Overall, a very good experience with our two small dogs. Tucson is a very pet friendly place and LQ Reid Park is no exception. Accommodations were great, first floor with exit to outside areas were very positive. And those waffles are first rate! Staff is friendly, helpful and positive to questions. We will be back!

The hotel is a bit older but very nicely maintained. The atmosphere is lovely with courtyards and foliage. The King Suite is very spacious with modern furniture and TV. The bed is quite firm yet extremely comfortable. Everything was clean but the bathtub had something strange in one section that was rough and appeared dirty even though I think it...

Thank you for your review! I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall. I agree that our bathtubs need to be resurfaced and we have that planned for all of our rooms this year. Just for information sake, February is usually the month with the highest rates in Tucson. We look forward to having you back again!

This is a really nice La Quinta. They have a great breakfast with a lot of selections. It is one of the best Bright Side Breakfasts that we have had at any La Quinta. We have stayed here for the past three years when in Tucson. The only reason it is not getting five for a rating is that there...
