We stayed here for a week prior to moving into our new house. The cottage was clean and pleasant. We had cats with us and the owners were wonderful about that. I would highly recommend the Big Blue House to anyone looking to stay near the University, 4th St., and downtown. We will recommend the Big Blue House to family...

We are thrilled that you appreciated our free-standing Pet Friendly Cottage. Although the cottage is our only pet friendly room, we do enjoy our furry friends... and we like the pets too.

A lovely house in a great central location. You felt more at home, and Lea and Ken are like friends, you can talk and ask questions, and find out what you need to know about Tucson. The whole experience was like visiting a good friend who had a really nice house.

We stayed in "The Big Blue House" during our house hunting trip to Tucson. Our room was beautiful and the Ramsey's were very friendly and helpful. This B&B is a short walk to the U of A and great value for money. Stay here!

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved every moment. The photos really do not do the rooms justice. We had room 5 and it was lovely and homely from head to toe, plenty of room for us 4 girls in our twenties. We spent our mornings enjoying the fresh pastries, coffee and tea on the huge wrap around porch,...

Room 6 is mine! I love that room. It has an awesome bed and really interesting furnishings. Lea, the hostess, was friendly and showed me around the house to see the different rooms and the unique decor of each room. I loved reading about the history of the place in the booklet they created and had in my room. And...

We stayed two nights. This B&B is charming and has a lot character, a great remodel. We stayed in room #2, much larger than in the picture. Walking distance to 4th street, and downtown. My only complaint is that the room never seemed dark since the porch lights were on all night. We will stay there again if we are...

Just wanted to say how much we appreciated having such a lovely place to stay for the week. Being able to fix our meals and eat in the room was very convenient and much more relaxing than having to eat at restaurants. Also, it was so much fun to sit on the big front porch and watch people walk by....

Friends from out of town who want to relocate to Tucson were staying at the Big Blue House and wanted me to join them for an evening on 4th Ave. Knowing I wouldn't (and shouldn't) want to drive home afterwards, I booked a room. The least significant attribute about the Big Blue House is its extremely convenient location. It's hard...

Ken and Lea were warm and helpful hosts during our recent stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. We were on motorcycles, and Ken and Lea looked up the weather forecast (snow/rain), and provided towels for wiping the bike seats before we took off. Thanks! D & P - Maine

Elise and I enjoyed our stay at the Big Blue House. Our hostess and crew were excellent and went out of their way to make sure our stay was a pleasant one. Our room #2 was fantastic and we thought that we were in a dream. The fridge was stocked with breakfast and snack items that were perfect. The area...
