Our first visit to this hotel and casino. We were welcomed enthusiastically by the desk clerk and the amenities explained cheerfully. The room was clean with everything working. The adjacent casino was easily reached and the restaurant was reasonable with a nice variety of menu offerings. Did not have a chance to experience the pool but was pleasantly surprised at the...

We stayed here multiple times this past winter. The parking area has security patrolling 24/7, which made it so we didn't have to worry about our truck. The hotel has nice comfortable beds. All the staff at the hotel and casino were helpful and friendly. All the times we went there we came out ahead at the casino. We will...

My fiance and I stopped here for the night and thought it was going to be an enjoyable experience however too many things did not go well. The room we stayed in had an ac window unit that did not keep the room cool and was as loud as a lawn mower!!!!!! No sleep, the beds were not comfortable and...

I held a two day conference here and all that I can say is OUTSTANDING!!! The staff was very helpful, the food was excellent and the entire hotel was extremely clean the rooms spacious and comfortable. I did not go into the casino so I cannot comment on that. Everything else top rate.

My son just turned 21, we got two rooms for two days. He got a " diamond rewards card" that's supposed to give a new card holder up to $500 in free play. He got $2. Come on thats just lame. Forget about 24 hour room service (food). They do have some stuff but you can't even get that all...

For one, make sure that you are making a reservation at the correct casino; I was thinking Casino del Sol instead of Desert Diamond. So that was my mistake, but it made for a disappointing getaway. My husband and I wanted to enjoy some pool time before going to the casino in the evening, but the pool was very disappointing....

We have enjoyed the Desert Diamond Hotel & Casino for 20 years, well before it was remodeled and the hotel added. It's very much a "locals" casino and very upbeat and fun. Unfortunately, because it is upbeat and fun, it is often quite crowded. I generally win and truly win lots at this casino. The hotel is comfortable and we...

We were on a birthday/staycation and decided to do a little gambling, drinking and laughing. The stay was fun, the staff was friendly. But it is time they get the corners clean...Was on the floor looking for an earring and wow....Duuuuusty floors! But the beds were like heaven!!! Will stay again. ;). I didn't make it to the pool but...

I went to a conference there. Because it was at a casino with a live poker room, my husband came with me. We enjoyed ourselves together & separately. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, before we arrived & while there. They serve a generous complimentary hot breakfast. There pool area is very comfortable. My 1 suggestion would be better...

We heard about the Tribute to veteran's and thought it would be nice to stay at a place that honors the military as my hubby is Retired Army. 100% combat disabled. We were here last year also and told us then that there were no rooms available. We figured we would give it another try. Again we were told no...
