The Liz is amazingly beautiful. Attention to detail at breakfast was wonderful. The hosts are warm and welcoming. Definitely would return. Our room the Ryan was beautiful. Pool and hot tub felt so nice. Very relaxing.

We stayed for two nights in the Royal Elizabeth Bed & Breakfast in the Ryan Patrick Suite and enjoyed it very much. Complimentary wifi worked very well and dedicated parking spaces were across the street. The room was very clean and Joseph and Greg made us feel at home. Breakfast was at 8am and delicious and we would stay there...

The room was large with a sitting area and an area for the bed. The bed was very comfortable. The back door of the room led to a beautiful heated pool. The TV was updated and included Direct TV. The kitchen area was extremely clean, it had a fully stocked honor bar, and a large variety of complementary soft drinks.

We stayed in the Rose room for 2 nights. Usually rooms look better online than they do in person, but the rooms all look as good or better in the case of the Liz. Joseph and Greg are so engaging and fun. It was so quiet that we felt like we were the only ones there. To say the breakfasts...

We stayed two nights in the room in the front of the house, with a small separate room with a door to the garden. We are from the East & the B&B reminded us of those in Cape May, New Jersey, in its interior spaces & appointments. The Inn is surrounded by a pleasant garden, lavishly planted with cacti and...

Great location, just south of downtown, walking distance. Joseph and Greg are wonderful and attentive, but not overly so. The breakfasts were just superb, delicious and filling. The honor bar is a nice touch. This is a beautiful old home we completely enjoyed.

This home is fabulous, it still has the charm and history of the early Tucson elite. The managers, Joseph and Greg, are welcoming, inviting and knowledgeable of what is happening and what will be happening in the area. Our room was absolutely beautifully decorated, quiet and private. The breakfast was a true 'dining experience'. Walking distance to many restaurants and...

This was our second year at The Liz and we had new hosts. We didn't think that anybody could compare to our innkeepers from last year but we were so wrong! Gregory Flis and Joseph Jaworek are the definition of 'innkeeper' in every sense of the word! When they greet you upon entering and show you your room they make...

I've been staying at the Royal Elizabeth Bed and Breakfast Inn regularly for approximately six or seven years. I always enjoyed my stay - the accommodations are cozy, the breakfast is much more than regular breakfast fare, the environment is relaxing and welcoming - but things had slipped a little in the past couple years. Two weeks ago I spent...
