This motel is by far the best motel that we have ever stayed at. The facilities and staff are outstanding. We are so impressed with this location, we have made arrangements to stay here the next time we are in the area. In addition to these features, the rates are very reasonable. They provide a complimentary hot breakfast and very ample....

We needed a hotel wth 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Sonesta Suits is a lovely, quiet, very well maintained "hotel". It is hard to call it a hotel , it is much more like a condo. The pool was being renovated when we checked in so Kristen at the front desk and Tim the operations manager made arrangements for me...

We made reservations here when it was still a Marriott Residence, and were surprised and concerned when we drove up to see the Sonesta sign. They had room at a very reasonable rate and we were able to cancel our reservation at the nearby Marriott Residence to which we had been transferred. The staff, particularly Assistant Manager Tim, was very...

Stayed here one night in January. Hotel staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about local restaurants and places to pass the time. We stayed here because it is very close to Mt. Lemmon, which we planned to visit the next morning. It is located near the parks (mt. lemmon and sabino canyon) so it made it very easy to get...

What's the point of getting a room with a fireplace if you have to bring your own wood? They offer logs for sale in the lobby but the logs are crazy expensive and I just thought they would have been in the room. If I would have known before, we would just have gotten a normal room, but that was...

After a long 5 hours drive, we arrived at Sonesta ES Suits Tucson late evening 26th Dec only to be told that our fully guaranteed reservation for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom penthouse is not available because Expedia.com oversold. And we did not even book with Expedia.com. We booked with Booking.com and way back in September! (*See my other...

Mattresses are in serious need of upgrading. Sofa sleeper should not be listed as a sleeping option as the mattress is not suitable for humans unless you can sleep on a bed of nails/springs. I have slept on my share of sofa sleepers and this one was by far the worst. I am told the regular bed was also uncomfortable...

Hotel a little older but well kept. Looks like they are working on improving. Breakfast was always good and lots of choices. We stayed durning the holiday and they were packed every night, one problem, we didn't get clean towels unless we went to the office. The manager was great, he apologized and gave us a credit for one night....

I've stayed at this property several times in the past under different ownership. Current staff very nice, but experienced some problems. Too long to check-in. Once I took occupancy of a room, it was "rented" to another guest who was giving a key and gained access to my room. Luckily, the guest did not take any of the electronic equipment...
