At check in the counter lasy was very rude and disrespectful. Got our key to the room and they had to change our room because that one was gross. So went to our different room and that one was discussing. So we went back to the office and said that we wont be staying there due to the rooms are...

A dump by the side of the road in poor repair. Watch out for the ueen mattress on a king frame that leaves a 2 x4 exposed to your shins. Lamps that are not plugged in, Toilets that dont work, poor housekeeping....You get the idea. Stay at the Motel 8 up the road. Refridgerators in room may or may not...

The bed was comfy and the linen was very clean. The staff was very welcoming but the hotel carpets/curtains need be changed. I am very meticulous with regard to bathroom cleanliness and their cleaning staff needs retraining. However, the breakfast was a pleasant surprise, the location was superb and for a pleasant comfy sleep on the middle of a 17...

The good: nice front desk staff, pool and hot tub. The bad: RIGHT next to the highway-extremely loud with semis rumbling through all night, in tune with the A/C. The ugly: first room smelled of urine. Asked for a quiet room when making reservations and the front desk guy said the interior rooms were $15 more...

I recently checked out of this hotel on 6th Feb. 2017 and went to reception and told Erica to check me out she gave me my check out Invoice and I requested her to clear my Credit card from their records to which she assured me they will do so in a couple of hours. On 10th Feb. I see...

Hello. We did investigate this and found that you were still here and using the room, you were billed correctly. In regards to the housekeeping issues, when they would come to your room you many times had the Do Not Disturb sign on, then arrive later in the evening, after housekeeping is gone expecting room to be serviced then. I...

One of the hotels on a road trip has to draw the short straw for the worst accommodation of the vacation and this place won the prize. It is neither Grand, Luxurious nor, from what I could ascertain, a Resort. The front facade looked reasonably impressive but the deeper you observed the more disappointed you became. I really should have...

We had to switch our rooms once because the non-smoking room stunk w/smoke. Went to another non-smoking room and again there was a smoker's scent in the room. We left door open for fresh air, but would not recommend this hotel.

Many hotels in Tucson are older, especially those near the University of Arizona campus. It seems you have the choice between poorly maintained hotels and very high priced hotels near campus. Airport hotels are mostly newer or very well maintained and more moderately priced. They are, however, about 20 minutes from campus. I stayed at the hotel 3 nights for...

Let me preface this review by stating we were in town for the Gem and mineral show and all rooms through out the city are booked way in advance as this reservation was. We were to stay for 11 days. This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at in all my life. When we arrived we were...
