The Viscount Suite Hotel lives up to its promise -- all rooms are suites. The suites are spacious and provide two distinct separate areas that can be isolated from each other to provide privacy and quiet. Amenities are appopriate to the hotel -- refrigerator, mircrowave, hairdryer, free wifi, free parking. I only wish that there were more accessible electric outlets... More

Booked two rooms for my daughter and granddaughter. When they arrived the rooms weren't ready because some of the maids hadn't shown up for work. Many families waiting in lobby. When we got to the rooms one smelled like urine and vomit and in the lights didn't work in the second room. We called the desk but the maintenance guy... More

By "It's very hard to pick the rating...", I mean I personally would like to rate it higher than I did, but there were too many negative deciding factors. I'd like to start off by saying I purchased my room through Priceline. When arriving everything seemed very easy and no hassle. I checked in right at the time I was... More

We were in Tucson over the weekend for soccer tournament. We had about 10 rooms total for our team. The hotel was overrun with soccer players and their families and I did feel sorry for the handful of guests that were not their for the tournament. The rooms have an outer sitting area with a TV and then a bedroom... More

Have stayed at this hotel previously, when they were remodeling. Now that they have finished, still was disappointed. Made a reservation on line for a prime suite with a king bed. When I checked in, had a room with two queens, and have to assume that they were prime. When I checked with the front desk as to why I... More

All the rooms (on four floors) are built around a very attractive open atrium area. When entering the room, you are in a small study lounge area with a desk , sofa, and small tv. We didn't use this room at all since the 'main' room was quite large, and the first room acts as a buffer from any possible... More

We took advantage of a 'Groupon' to have a very enjoyable experience in this facility. Our very reasonably priced package included the hotel suite, along with a full daily breakfast and a small credit at Wilbur's Grille, -all of which were most enjoyable. The hotel is built around a very picturesque sunlit enclosed atrium, which serves as the dining area... More

I live 3 hours from Tucson So when I do go to Tucson overnight I usually stay at the Viscount. They have nice rooms close to malls and other shopping. The breakfast is amazing. They have a buffet type of breakfast with a chef who will cook your eggs any way you like. Rooms are always clean.

With a king bed suite and off to the side from the Atrium, our room was very quiet. In the evening there was a party going on but I never heard a thing. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was very good and generous for being complementary.
