I wanted to really love this hotel! I was staying here for a conference that was being held on the University of Arizona's campus with a colleague. Neither of us were able to get a full night's sleep either night we stayed here due to the noise outside and inside the hotel. There was a large group of revelers (conference...

Thank you for a review of our hotel and I do apologize for the noise. There are times when some our guests infringe on the peace of others and I apologize for that . Our security team tries to control that as much as possible but obviously were not successful during your stay. I'm glad you had a good conference...

Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Nice location next to University of Arizona. Here on President's weekend so lots of college kids around from other Universities made for a little excess noise, but not bad. Nice little shops and cafe's in Main Gate Square is only a block from hotel. Fun little get away from the snows of New York!

Thank you so much for the kind words about our hotel and staff. I appreciate you taking the time to let us know of your experience. I am from upstate New York so I can appreciate how wonderful it is to get out of the winter and experience some dry sunny climate at this time of year. We hope to...

Not that new anymore, but you can't tell - still a great hotel in great condition. Really big guest rooms, comfortable beds, big desk/work area with both wired and wireless internet, decent sized (but not huge) bathroom with nice amenities and good, thick towels. Flat panel TV's could be a bit bigger, in keeping with the size of the rooms....

This Marriott is unique in that it is a short block from the University of Arizona. The food (breakfast) is great and the service is too. Lots of things to do close by and lots of good eating places nearby.

I enjoyed my stay here thoroughly. Great location for walking around and seeing the area. Lots of options for eating. The staff is also extremely helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone going to the area.

This is a mostly positive review, so don't be deceived by the headline. But my wife and I stayed in 3 different Marriott properties in Tucson on this trip and I was struck that the more we paid - the less services we received. This hotel charged for WiFi and breakfast, while these services were free at the Residence Inn...

I apologize for the fact that your laptop came up missing. We have filed a claim with the insurance compay on your behalf. We are happy that you had an opportunity to experience another Marriott Property, the Residence Inn while in Tucson. We enjoyed our one night stay at this Marriott. We liked the rooms which are larger than Marriott Courtyard rooms. The beds were really comfortable, and the bathroom well-appointed. Since we had to wait a few minutes past check-in time for our room, we were given concierge level access, where we had breakfast, which was great except that there was...

Concierge lounge charges for drinks. I have never experienced this at any other Marriott or competitor hotel chain where I have status. In addition, wireless is an additional charge. Room is acceptable, nothing worth noting. Location is this hotel's saving grace.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and we certainly will take your comments under advisement. Charging for the internet and for drinks in the concierge lounge is a brand standard for all full service Marriott's. The concierge lounge offers complimentary breakfast and food during the dinner hour, also according to brand standard for Marriott full service...

Another nice Marriott property with spacious and well appointed rooms. Mine had a balcony with a nice view of A mountain. Would have liked the room to have a mini-fridge. Parking is in a separate building opposite the street but a not a major issue.

The hotel is right in UA; it has a triangle shape with all rooms on the sides and empty in the middle: for this reason the main entrance and the hall is impressive with the ceiling 9 stories tall.
