My daughter was participating in an event in Tucson and this was the chosen ‘event hotel’ and as we were also involved in the event, we decided to stay here with the team. Apparently, the team got an event discount; we did not and the room was expensive for our 3 night stay. The hotel is modern and clean, and...

We stayed here last night and were extremely pleased. We were on the last leg of our vacation and had a not so pleasant stay at another Courtyard hotel. We arrived here around 2pm and decided to see if our room was ready. While waiting for housekeeping to verify, we chatted with Lourdes. We were telling her our experience with...

My company has been using this location for stays and meetings for years. The staff is always accommodating and the facility is very clean. Location is excellent with numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance if you don't want to take advantage of the Bistro. Would definitely recommend to others travelling to Tucson.

Pleasant surprise upon my last visit (it had been a few months) to find another remodel complete. New and comfortable color schemes. Customer service continues to be the driver for my returning though. Front Desk and Bistro are just outstanding in their making me feel welcome. Highly recommend a stay here.

We chose this hotel because it was not expensive and pretty central to Tucson. We are glad we did. The rooms are nice. Not big, but nice. The place is well kept. We thought it was new but was recently renovated. No free food but the room had coffee, cable and wifi. The restaurant downstairs is not one where you...

The hotel is a typical Courtyard by Marriott. The staff was very friendly and housekeeping cleaned my room in a timely manner. There were many restaurant and shopping options within the immediate area. My only negative was that it was over-priced. Gem week was taking place while I was in town so it was my understanding that hotel prices were...

GOOD: Hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The center courtyard with pool and hot tub was nice. Lobby had a nice fireplace and seating area and looked new. Bathroom was clean. AVERAGE: There was some food at the cafe, which is not-quite-a-restaurant, that had some OK choices if you are in a pinch and can't go out...

Dear Over-priced but decent", Thank you for your review of the Courtyard Tucson Williams Centre. While we take great pride in our newly renovated property, we understand that you did not find it to be great. You mentioned that the hotel was overpriced during a very busy season in Tucson. We attempted to keep the rate reasonable while our competitors...

The remodeling effort is almost complete. My room felt new, clean, quiet, and comfortable with all the amenities. Lobby is completely redone. This was far from the usual Marriott I frequent. The hotel staff were excellent but the room was terrible. My TV, although it look new, did not work. Dear Marriott Hotels are usually better than this hotel, Thank you for your review of the Courtyard Tucson. We are sincerely very sorry you did not enjoy your stay. Remodeled and well done. Staff was super nice and engaging. The fitness room is stand alone which was nice. The hot tub was covered and hot. Location is great due to restaurants and shopping near by. No busy roads meant a quiet night. Not many Marriott properties in Tucson and this is the best option for a quick business stay.
