I have been to numerous Indigo Hotels and this was the most dated and least spacious one. Our bed had one nightstand instead of two. Where am I supposed to leave my glasses, phone etc? And where is the nightlight? Additionally, there was only one chair in the room, which we found strange. Next morning we requested an additionally chair...

If you prefer staying in a place that is in a super convenient location and provides a flavor of the early 1900s, Hotel Indigo at the Alamo is perfect. Right across Alamo Plaza from The Alamo, this hotel has been refurbished to include modern conveniences such as individual bathrooms, central heating and air conditioning, a nice fitness room, and Internet,...

This location is as good as it gets for the Alamo and River Walk. Literally right across the street from the Alamo. River Walk is right here too. 4th time staying here and love this hotel. Staff is always extremely friendly, rooms are clean and the restaurant here is very good. Two thumbs up for this unique hotel!

This used to be one of our favorite places for staycations in San Antonio. But during our most recent stay we were disappointed wiith how it has gone downhill. While the location is still great, many of the perks of staying here are gone. The private car and driver that once would shuttle guests to locations not in walking distance...

Dear Jill, First of all, thank you very much for your recent stay at the Hotel Indigo Alamo. I am so sorry to see you did not enjoy your overall experience with us. The hotel was recommended to us by our APTA organization. We have a total of 12,000 attendees so this hotel is one of the overflow to accommodate all of us. I left my bose headset when I checked-in day 1 on the study desk and realized on my 3rd day that it's been missing. Mike Hernandez and the rest of...

This hotel is in a re-purposed historical building and the aesthetics are amazing. My room, however was cramped and a little disfunctional. Access to the closet was almost impossible and the blinds on the windows were broken and could not be raised at all. Sleep quality was good, but the actual room was not well laid-out and lacking functional space...

Hotel Indigo at the Alamo has only been a hotel for less than 10 years. This building began life as the Gibbs building, built in 1909 on the site of Sam Mavericks homestead, and before that this area was actually inside the northwest corner of the Alamo courtyard, its seen its share of history. So being a 6th generation Texan...

We picked the hotel due to the awesome location. Pros: super clean, nice and good customer service at the front desk. Amazing location, steps from the Alamo and Riverwalk. Comfortable beds. Cons: Rooms are a little cold feeling since it is an old hotel. Parking is $25 for valet and $20 for self park next door. No in/out privileges. We...
