Our family has stayed at quite a few Sleep Inn's and this one by far was the worst one that we've stayed at. The arrival/check-in experience was slow, we weren't acknowledge as an Elite Member, but that seems to be the norm lately at the Choice Hotels that we've stayed in. Upon entering the room it became evident that attention...

Booked this at the last-minute on a Priceline Express deal: $67/night ($249.11 with taxes and fees for 3 nights). Thursday to Sunday stay. Rated a 2.5 star hotel but I’d say it was closer to a 2-star and probably could be about $10 cheaper. Positives: 1. Far enough from the highway to be quiet yet close enough to make it...

We stayed one night with our family of 5 (we went to Fiesta Texas) room was a bit outdated. Hotel staff was not very friendly, but not rude either, she seemed like she didn't like her job. Location is near Fiesta Texas on a side rode off the highway. Bed was comfy, it did have a fridge and microwave that...

The location is great right off the expressway, the room was clean and staff was friendly a tear on the single sofa seat and a lamp that was not working gave the room a dated feel. The pool was uninviting as it appeared cloudy opposed to clear. Overall the room served its purpose as a resting area. I would rent...

Absolute worse check in experience. Chris, front desk attendant, didn't acknowledge us when we arrived, was visibly frustrated not finding our information, rude in asking for ID as if we messed up by not having it out already. He didn't direct us to the elevator, to where breakfast might be, nothing. We couldn't get the tv to work so called...

Stayed for a mini family vacation. The room was clean. But the shade on the lamp was torn, mold in the corner of the bathroom. They had no extra pillows. Room that was for 4 people only had 2 towels. They were under staffed unable to send extra towels not a biggie but it just seemed they weren't really ready...

We made our reservations approximately 4 months in advance requesting a accessible room with roll-in shower. Our room turned out to be a handicap bathtub. Found out later that the hotel only has one roll-in shower. The hotel advertises that it has been recently remodeled, but the chair in our room had a huge stain on the ottoman, and another...

Kids were running around in the middle of the night. Kids were all over the lobby and the pool. And they were all around the room during breakfast. They were like animals and had no respect for people staying there. Where was the discipline from their parents? Oh right, they were acting like their kids too, having no respect for...

This was a decent place to stay. Reasonable rates, clean room, nothing extraordinary. Not a lot of breakfast items, but enough to fill up on. About 20 minutes from the Riverwalk, which was fine with us. All in all a fine place to stay if your looking for something affordable.
