Stayed there as we had a very early morning flight and wanted the convenience. Definitely showing it's age. Carpets looked like they needed to be cleaned and sheets were very worn. Noticed the light was burned out over the vanity and reported it to the desk. Said they might be able to get it fix tomorrow as maintenance left early. Well great, 6am flight the next morning. It was close to the airport so that worked. Not worth $150
Stayed 2 nights 4/20/21 to 4/22/21. Reservation #80373849 My husband is a LIFETIME Titanium Elite member/14 years/1384 nights First off Marilou at the front desk was wonderful at check in. Very welcoming and sweet. This was the ONLY good part of our stay! Was given room 432. The room was BEYOND disgusting. Photos will show: Mold all over shower - ALL OVER! Not just from missing ONE cleaning, it was in every edge and corner. Soap and soap scum literally dripping down the shower glass. Yes dripping! Separate toilet room had garbage can FULL! Not emptied. Bed looked like it had not been made. Sofa cushions had stains. Curtains were hanging off rod on the right side. My husband and I stay in Marriott brands all over the world. This was the ABSOLUTE WORST ROOM we have ever been given. My husband and I literally ran out and down to the desk asking for help. We actually should have ran from the property! After explaining to Marilou, we were then given room 415. It was cleaner. But...can you believe only a small partial roll of toilet paper, no extra. No floor/shower mat for outside the shower to step on. The stay was just not right!! We felt like we were at a BAD No tell Motel!! What happened to QUALITY and CLEANLINESS control?? Especially in these times of a Covid pandemic! We have stayed in third world countries and their hotels/motels had higher standards than this!! I’m am so saddened that this is what MARRIOTT is today!…
If you are looking for a worn room with a worn mattress, a poorly appointed room without a bedside table, a completely misconfigured bathroom with a toilet in one room and a shower in another this is your place. If you like barking dogs from the pets suite next door and are keen on really irrelevant COVID restrictions designed not for your safety but their balance sheet then stay here. The indoor pool is closed, the indoor lobby is apparently safe. The airport shuttle doesn’t run because of COVID, what? A complete mess.
First, we had to wait over an hour to check-in because of an issue with housekeeping. Then when we got to our room we discovered cracks in the sink and our bed headboard was peeling (see photos). In the morning, there was only one person working to cover the front desk, handle checkouts, answer the phone, as well as keep the coffee going and put out the meager breakfast offerings. Felt sorry for him as he tried to keep everyone happy.
We stayed here to attend a high school sporting event. The layout of the room is nice, but it was dirty. There were stains on the pillows and bed cover. If you needed anything for your room, you had to go to the front desk and get it. The mini fridge didn’t work, the hairdryer didn’t work, lights in the couch area didn’t work. There was no tv remote and the QR code remote didn’t stay on your phone and never came back up on the screen so we finally unplugged the tv to turn it off. There was a water stain on the ceiling, duct tape holding up the cracked mirror. The planes were super loud (expected that being next to an airport but this hotel is at the end of a runway. No grab and go breakfast which most Marriotts have that we’ve stayed recently. So gross! Pick another hotel, there are plenty of others in the area would NOT stay there again.…
