Service by front desk was great. Restaurant breakfast was very very disappointing. Charge for parking was $8 per day, a BAD surprise. Pool was very good. Shuttle to Sea World was fine, but returning to hotel was not. Room was clean but a little small

Nothing too special, not the nicest Courtyard I have ever stayed at by any means. We did not use any of the amenities (I think they have a pool) but stayed there one night to visit Sea World. Staff is friendly and nice, and the hotel rate includes a shuttle ride (10 min) to Sea World. They do charge for...

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! The rooms ar big and spacious, and the price is good! The beds are comfortable, and you get regular sized, comfortable pillows! It is clean, and has a pleasant smell, and the food at the bistro is AMAZING! The reason I didn't rate this with 5 stars, is...

We stayed at the hotel for two nights under separate reservations, but had them combined at check-in. The front desk person assured us that they were combined and would not need to change rooms, etc. When we came back to our room after the first day all of our belongings had been removed from the room, including our kids clothes....

Very nice hotel. Madison at front desk was amazing. She helped us with booking and made the process very easy - even though this was a last minute trip. Rooms were great. Pool was awesome. Swim up bar in pool wasn't open Saturday night though, unsure if staffing problem was the issue. There is a breakfast available, both grill and...

We stayed here over the weekend for an event in one of the meeting rooms, and it was really a wonderful experience. Initially, the front desk staff was a little standoffish and distant, but seemed to soften after some interaction with the kids. She accommodated the kids' request for a top floor room (because the kids think that's exciting) with...

The hotel staff was very friendly upon check-in. We booked the hotel through Seaworld so we had a cup and a lanyard that they allowed us to pick up before we checked in later that day. The hotel offers room service that is pretty pricey. The pool is amazing. We didn't get a chance to swim, but it has a...
