I enjoyed the location of this hotel. It is on the quiet end of the river, but still close enough to the action -- about a 10 minute walk along the beautiful paved sidewalk that is right outside the entrance to the hotel. My room was very nice and clean with a comfortable bed and nice shower. The only real...

The location is decent, the Riverwalk is few steps away although it's slightly isolated from the more active areas. Personnel is very nice and helpful. Parking seems overpriced (16 self parking) although this seems to be the norm in SA downtown. There are a several parking lots nearby for a lower fee. Internet is really bad after 6pm and the...

This is a bit lengthy but I hit a lot. I rely on reviews for my stays so I decided I needed to give an in-depth review. I used Priceline to name my own price and had a minimum of 3 1/2 stars for where I would stay. When I was booked at this hotel I immediately took to reviews....

Maybe we just lucked out on the room we were in, but we were pleasantly surprised. I was nervous checking in after reading reviews especially since we booked through a third party getting a great deal. But honestly its a great hotel for a three star. Yes rooms could use updating, and having no real bathroom counter is quirky, but...

Not worth it at all First they told us it was near the river walk and close to everything guess they forgot to mention it was toward the end of the river where homeless people live... Then made a cash transaction to pay for the room. During check out was "told" as they claim no payment was made talked to...

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in hostels that are far cleaner and nicer than this. There's paint peeling from the walls, mould in the rooms, dirty bedsheets, dirty carpets, broken AC, and to top it all off the walls are paper thin so you can hear all the screaming kids...

Great location -- right next to Riverwalk. Great view. Comfy and big beds. I was able to get four rooms at a short notice and at a good price too, thanks to Ryan Walsh. Next time I am in San Antonio, I would go back to this hotel again. I and my friends arrived in San Antonio a day earlier...

You should read the reviews before staying here like we did. All of the other hotels were booked up so we "settled" for this place knowing the reviews were not great. It is an older building with some quirks...toilet positioned close to wall is weird, no counter in bathroom, a bit noisy. Our room was close to the fitness center...

I stay in room 513 (I should be aware about the number) with my family, the smell of Mold was the first warning, after two hours in the room my kids feet were completely dirty and blackish because of the dirty carpets. I was so tired from the trip from Houston that i simply send an email to the General...

We booked our room through Priceline so it was prepaid. When we arrived we were so disappointed. The exterior is run down but the lobby area has been updated. The rooms smell musty, damp and dated. Everything looked dirty. We immediately checked out and found another hotel. The rooms were overpriced, not a 3 star hotel. Very disappointed.

“Try to stay away from the elevators. The noise really comes through into the rooms”

“The tub faucet was leaking a fast stream which made it hard to sleep, after 3 times asking the maintenance to fix it they still did not because they stated it would be too much work shutting off the water. It not only affected our ability to relax but also our ability to sleep. In the hotels interest it had to be running up their water bill because it was wasting a quite bit of water. Not only was it annoying to listen to but not environmentally friendly wasting. The pool water was freezing, it was dirty and did not smell to have much if any chlorine in it. The room was not cleaned well at all, very minimal cleaning. The toiletries they leave in the room were rarely replaced; ex. lotion, kleenex, toilet paper, etc. One positive to the hotel is it did serve a decent tasting breakfast but not included.”
