We are in San Antonio about 2x a month. We have stayed in just about every hotel down town. We decided to try King William Manor out for our evening out with out children. We love the location. The Friendly Spot bar a few blocks down is our local hang out so we know the area well. Our room was...

If you want a great, central location and to experience the beauty of old San Antonio then this place is about as good as it gets. Well appointed, dated in a real way rooms with creative, modern additions. KWM is truly one-of- a kind!

We stayed in the Amelia Island room on the second floor. The reception area downstairs was very nicely decorated in a fun, eclectic manner. There was reserved parking beside the house and a side door with a code for easy entry/exit. Our room was very clean and spacious, with a sitting area, couch, chair, desk, TV, and fireplace. The bathroom...

Had a great time in San Antonio for a 3 night stay with out of town relatives. We had 5 rooms in the main mansion- incredibly large in size, comfortable king beds, nice robes and linens. Coffee station in the stunning foyer was a fun morning and evening meeting spot for our family. There is no need to visit the...

We loved our stay at the King William Manor. It was easy walking distance to several good restaurants and pubs, and about a 15 minute walk to the touristy portion of the Riverwalk. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and we had access to the large balcony outside our room. There was a refrigerator and coffee pot in our...

Nice room, quiet area, 1/2 mile walk to River Walk, the river itself is 2 blocks away and has a concrete walk to the down town area. Beautiful homes in the area. Hot Joy restaurant a block away was excellent for dinner. Breakfast was also quite nice.

We appreciated off road parking ,large rooms with fridge , coffee maker and the quiet neighborhood. We were given vouchers for nearby breakfast place. It was an easy walk. There were several restaurants nearby for dinner. We also walked to the Alamo/downtown area easily. The Riverwalk extends into this historic King William area. There is access just a block from...

Very nicely appointed rooms in historic neighborhood. If you enjoy walking about and looking at fabulous old houses, stay here! Also very close to the River. City rental bikes a half block away. Loved San Antonio!

My husband and I were looking for a weekend getaway for our Anniversary, and we hit the jackpot! The house was beautiful and went far beyond our expectations. The room was great and felt very much at home! We have been to San Antonio so many times since we got married 21 years ago, and this was the best. Saw...
