My girlfriend and I had a great two nights at The Hacienda. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the room was nicely furnished. The standard king size room was a tad on the small side, so if I could do it over again I would pay the extra money for the larger room. The gym is also small, with... More

My wife, two children and I stayed at Hotel Santa Fe while on a road trip. The place is nice, with updated rooms and very friendly staff. While the property is not right upon the main plaza, it is near the Rail Yard and there is shuttle service to many points within a reasonable distance of the hotel. The rooms... More

We just returned from a weekend stay in the Hacienda section of the Hotel Santa Fe. A few things really stood out to me about our stay: 1. The service- The service in this hotel is totally fantastic! Every person we encountered was so nice and welcoming. The room includes continental breakfast and happy hour on the 6th floor and... More

This is not a spectacular hotel for the money. Very average in many ways. Most lacking was the checkin process that felt like a cheap motel checkin. No offer of bellman service, help with parking or anything additional. Just find a place to park and drag your bags in. The lobby is cozy (as in not very large) and very... More

There are many options for staying in Santa Fe, but this is still my favorite after more than 10 years of looking around. The warmth of the overall ambience, good service and a convenient location within walking distance of the plaza make this special. The patio dining, whether for breakfast or dinner, is a pleasure. The hotel shop is run... More

We spent just one night but had a delightful experience. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was fine. Nice decor. We booked a suite which I thought was on the second floor but we were on the bottom floor. We were a little disappointed not to have a balcony but not a deal breaker. The restaurant... More

This was our third trip to Santa Fe and the first time we stayed at this hotel. What a wonderful experience. We stayed in the large suite which was wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. Now, we loved the hotel - comfortable, well-located, very clean. We loved it so much that, on the first day, we asked to extend our stay by an extra night. Our biggest problem was the housekeeping team - we were woken up on two of our four mornings by a knock at our door (at around 8.00am, which us still... More

Room # 142 was next to the employee maintenance room & we heard noise through the wall until late at night. The blinds wouldn't work properly and broke.
