Wonderful place to stay, shuttle buses to and from any and all of the center of town, lovely restaurant with wonderful entrees. Would definitely stay there again. Santa Fe has lots of wonderful art . Mountain trails gallery was our favorite.

it doesn't love you back. Visit began on Christmas night. Buffet only in restaurant so ate at the bar. Ordered hamburgers, took forever, then told order got lost because they ran out of paper(???). Order put in again, and they were nice enough to not charge us. Room was near side entrance on ground floor - whenever anyone used that...

I had a one-night stay. Only down side was I got charged for a robe I didn't take. The hotel was newly remodeled and it looks great-reminiscent of 1920s Southwest. The hotel is in the middle of all the walking action.

I don't think this review belongs to Hotel Santa Fe - maybe La Fonda or Hotel St. Francis?! But please do stay with us next time!?

This is our third time staying at Hotel Santa Fe, The Hacienda and Spa. We will never stay anywhere else while visiting Santa Fe. The hotel staff is friendly, knowledgable and always willing to give advice on places to visit. They are also very helpful. The hotel is beautiful and has a special quality I can't quite put my finger...

We stayed two nights. Hotel and staff were wonderful. Enjoyed the restaurant and the live entertainment. The shuttle service was excellent. Located near the rail yard with close by shopping and eating. The room was comfortable but once you pulled out the sofa bed it got a bit smaller. Overall good value.

Santa Fe Hotel and Spa exudes southwestern style and atmosphere. It is owned by area Native American tribes and is decorated as such. Evening entertainment included Spanish guitar, Indian flute and tribal dancers. While the rooms are small, they are spotlessly clean and the service staff is friendly and accommodating. The complimentary shuttle to nearby sites is a definite advantage...

We enjoyed our stay here overall. The good - very friendly staff, wait persons in the lounge, good food and very helpful shuttle bus driver. Room was comfortable but a little on the small side. The downside is that there is no in room coffee and you had to go to the elevator area for morning coffee. Although the location...

We spent a week at the Hotel Santa Fe recently. At first glance, I was a bit disappointed. The hotel seemed dated and in need of a face lift. Our suite was small, especially when the couch/bed for our child was pulled open. The swankier and more expensive half of the hotel -- the hacienda -- made us feel shortchanged....

The only thing I might consider changing is the bar. It could use improvement. But the lounge is great, spacious and comfortable. The pool and Jacuzzi are adequate. The staff is eager to help and so courteous. We didn't like our first room, in no time, they checked availability and moved us to a much better room. The room is...

Interesting decor. Just slightly different from usual Santa Fe because of the Indian connection. Nice restaurant. Also appreciated the transportation to Plaza and other Santa Fe attractions. Nice and well appointed room. Will stay again.
