This is actually a great little B&B - unless you need an internet connection. Oh, they have access points, but the the connections aren't really strong enough for phone and tablet radios as opposed to the ones in notebooks. Even in the case of my MacBook Pro the connection was constantly dropping. Then there's the problem with abysmal download speeds....

My husband booked a stay for us online. Two of the most important things were not available after we called to confirm they were before booking. The fireplace was not allowed to be used and the hot tub was out of order. We had no hot water in the bathroom sink due to the limited hot water heater under the...

My husband and I booked the Vanessie online…we were not familiar with the property and have stayed in Santa Fe several times. We try to book a different hotel (and we prefer boutique hotels) each time we go so as to experience new things. We were just there last weekend and I cannot tell you how pleased we were with...

The positive is that the inn has nice rooms. They are large to very large, have nice amenities, and are quite comfortable. The rooms are in several buildings (there is also an office in one building and a restaurant in another) - wandering between buildings could be a problem if it were colder. There is a complementary breakfast with made-to-order...

My husband booked the "Vanessie" for our anniversary "get away". I was a little skeptical upon arrival due to the location of the hotel, just one block from the main drag. This proved to be a blessing because it provided us quiet evenings and peaceful sleep. The exterior was a little drab (it was the middle of winter) but once...

A charming little hotel tucked into the greater Santa Fe area. The Palace of the Governors, history museum, Cathedral, Chapel and fun shops are all easily walkable from the hotel - - even when it was only 10 degrees outside. The rooms are all different, fun, and very Santa Fe. The staff was superb. My new go-to hotel in Santa...

Pleasantly surprised, had never heard of the hotel before and did not know what to expect. Suite was spacious, clean(spotless), wood burning fire place, tastefully and thematically decorated. Bathrooms were new and nice quality fixtures. Then there is the breakfast which was included--much more than the average continental breakfast in a bright and airy restaurant. Parking included too.

Fabulous experience at this perfect little hotel. Everyone who works here is just delightful, friendly, helpful. We were greeted by a lovely lady who escorted us to our room. It was CHARMING! Southwestern to the max, equipped with dreamcatcher and lovely art. The breakfasts in the morning were just the perfect amount. All of the guests greeted each other -...

I was looking for an eclectic small hotel with-in a short walking distant the restaurants, museums, shops and night life, and the Vanessie fit the bill perfectly. The check-in staff was very helpful and showed us around the place. Bedrooms are equipped with individual LG heaters so you can quickly control your room’s temperature. The bedding was luxurious. Comfortable pillows...

Me and my boyfriend come to Santa Fe every Christmas. I booked the room this time through hotwire, which is a mistake. Because they are clearly not going to treat you as a regular paying guest. I emailed them two month before check in asking if it's possible to have a room with a fireplace within the cheapest price range...
