the great thing about this hotel is the location...location, location, location! Outside of that its down hill all the way! My room was quite dirty...dust bunnies were under both beds and the nightstand. The baseboards and room corners were dirty. They were stingy with bath products- we were given one shower gel for two women for 6 nights, three bath...

Hotel St. Francis is a beautiful hotel with helpful staff. The decor is tasteful and understated. The room was very clean and large. But having the sink in the bedroom instead in the bathroom was a little awkward. Great amenities, and it was fun having The Gruet wine tasting room on site.

My husband golfs, so we travel out of town frequently. I get dumped at the reserved hotel on the morning of the first day. I met the desk clerk, I believe his name is Michael, he helped me get settled, but could not check me into 4 pm. I sat out on the veranda and read my book. He promised...

For an expensive location, this hotel provided great value for the money. I got a great deal on my room and the room was really nice. It's great hotel. When you walk into the lobby it's quite large. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. I received a text when I got to my room saying it was...

The lobby and our room felt like a monastery, but in a good way. The light-colored palette and spare decorations make for a comforting atmosphere (if not always the most comfortable). The staff was very helpful and friendly. It's lovely to sip coffee or a drink on the wide covered porch, which usually has a few cute dogs, too. And...

Perfectly located downtown just off main square, St Francis is a stylish hotel that looks like a conversion from a small monastery or some such period building (it's not). Rooms are small but elegantly decorated. Ours had a good shower (no bath). Staff were extremely helpful and charming. Breakfast is not included but there are many cafes close by (most...

We spent three nights here recently. The staff was friendly and quite helpful. Our room was small but clean and comfortable. Bed was great! Enjoyed several evenings in the bar and lobby ( bar was quite noisy) Service in the bar was excellent and brought our drinks to us in the lobby two evenings. Even had great salads there late...

The hotel is located in downtown, therefore you do not need a car to discover historic Santa Fe; just have some comfortable walking shoes and you will be on your way. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous as far as architecture and décor. It has the feel of an old monastery but with 21st. amenities. Service was excellent, the staff extremely...

The location is great, just a block from the plaza and surrounded by shops and restaurants. It has a real Santa Fe feeling to it, well kept and clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel has a wonderful front porch for sitting and enjoying a cup of coffee or a cocktail. The lobby is very nice,...

The rooms are very small. The location is excellent!. Wonderful staff! The adjoining restaurant is wonderful, walking distance to many museums, shops, Church's and markets. They have a partner hotel that I would check on if I return tomSanta Fe.
