We selected this B&B based on previous excellent reviews and we were pleased with that decision. Caroline and her staff were very friendly and went out of there way to accommodate all of our requests. There were plenty of excellent options for breakfast presented in the morning and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

I discovered Hacienda Nicholas ten years ago, when as a recently-divorced man I started to again enjoy skiing (something I hadn't done for the previous 25+ years). I truly enjoyed HN and the city of Santa Fe, and returned twice more. But as my skiing skills improved I moved-on to bigger mountains and had not been back since 2009. So,...

I have Celiac Disease and am gluten free- they bent over backwards to meet my needs! Every breakfast they made while I was there was gluten free, and they even made me gluten free toast in...

This is our 3rd time at the Hacienda Nicholas and once again it was wonderful. The rooms are clean, cozy with comfortable beds. Hacienda Nicholas and the Madeleine Inn are adjoining properties run by the same person. I have stayed in the main residence, the Madeleine, and in a cottage next to it, the Violet. Beautiful and immaculately maintained properties dating back to 1886. Warm, friendly, and accommodating employees and owner. They go out of their way to make you feel at home....
