Very close to the square in quiet area. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. Our room was quite small but if you pay more you get larger rooms, We stayed two days and thought it worked well for our visit. Walking home at night it was poorly lit from the end of the road down through the...

How wonderful that you appreciate our quiet location and proximity to the Plaza, as well the breakfasts and friendly staff. You are so very right - we have a range of room sizes and prices, and are happy to help guests figure out the right room for their needs and wants. I feel badly that the parking lot lights did...

The Haciënda is very cosy and beautiful. The Breakfast is freshly cooked for you, completely as you wish. The staff is very friendly, they made me feel I was staying at an old friends place. I would definately go back and can highly recommend. Santa Fe is on walking distance with sidecrubs all the way, wifi is good.

Hacienda Nicholas was our hub for a several-day visit to Santa Fe. The hacienda is a short walk from the Plaza, shops and museums, and fine restaurants. The cleverly restored hacienda is authentic, comfortable, and cozy with a common breakfast room and fireplace that invite guests to gather together for breakfast and happy hour. Every member of the staff was...

We stayed three nights and really enjoyed our stay at their casita unit, which is about a 5 minute walk from the main area. We enjoyed a quiet room, with the king bed located up a spiral staircase. Also nice to have a microwave and a small refrigerator.

This Inn was beyond our expectations. We stayed in the Wisteria, albeit on the smaller side, it was perfect, clean and accommodating. Loved the two comfortable chairs that allowed us to meander in our room while making our plan for the day. That is just the beginning. The people who run this place are all outstanding and love what they...

Dear Diane R, Gosh, thank you for such a comprehensive and glowing review on your recent stay with us. Indeed, the staff at our inns are absolutely fabulous in terms of their warmth and kindness. Many have been with me for 12-20 years, which makes for a good flow on so many levels. We also feel very fortunate that about...

The Nicholas and Madeline is our favorite place to stay in Sante Fe. It is just off East Palace and that makes it very easy to walk to downtown or to access Paseo de Peralta when you need to drive somewhere. The inns are very comfortable, well cared for and provide amenities to make your stay memorable. A spa is...

This was our second time staying in this location (the first time was across the street at the Madeline property). The best thing about this bed and breakfast is definitely the location - it is so close to the plaza in Santa Fe that we were able to walk around and explore without worrying about parking or getting around. This...

While looking online for a place to stay in a recent visit to Santa Fe, we came across the Madeleine Inn or the Hacienda Nicholas as it's also called and decided to take a closer look. It appeared to be a cozy and intimate Inn within a short walk to the Old Santa Fe district. We booked our stay there...

We loved our stay at the beautiful Hacienda Nicholas Bed and Breakfast. Carolyn and her staff were incredibly pleasant, professional and accommodating and provided first class service. Our lovely room was comfortable, clean, and very private and quiet. The location was excellent for walking the few blocks to downtown Santa Fe. We were pleasantly surprised to meet other guests in...

Isn't it amazing that the Hacienda is so quiet and private, and yet so close to the downtown area. We love that our guests are able to walk most everywhere, and that such camaraderie often occurs between guests. We thank you for such a glowing review, and look forward to your next visit.
