Of course, everyone who will read this review knows Santa Fe is a beautiful place to visit, but it is so easy to get caught up in all the shopping and galleries that you miss out on the real Santa Fe experience. That's why we love Casa Del Toro! It's not an impersonal, stuffy hotel, it's warm, personal and friendly....

Found this B & B on the website and made reservations for 3 nights. We never received a confirmation, but credit card was charged for half of the stay, so we figured they knew we were coming. When we arrived in Santa Fe, we had a hard time locating the right place (the address we had was not the address...

On 10/23/06 I made a reservation for a king bed unit for two nights on 3 & 4 Nov. After several phone calls and an email, I finally received confirmation on 11/1 for a unit in the Chapelle Street Caistas, this was NOT the unit I was told I would get on the phone. The unit was nothing like advertised....

This man is complaining because he did not like the bed that hundreds and hundreds of people have slept on with no complaint. As I have said before we do not shop at the discomfort zone. AND he could not figure out the alarm clock that again hundreds of others have used with no problem. We upgraded him to a...

This b&b was in the midst of change the weekend we stayed. We had the 3 rooms off the area where breakfast was served. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The only problem we encountered was the week before we arrived the AC units had been removed from the windows and the screens had not been put back....
