Beds were very poor but the air conditioning was worse. I couldn't ever get the room cooled down and it was only June and 90 degrees outside. When I turned the a/c on the vent cover fell off. The towels and bed covers were worn and the hutch for the tv was old and the doors wouldn't stay open which...

The location is very central located. Santa Fe, Espanola, Los Alamos and Taos. Lots of historic ruins and plenty of casinos. And lots of atmosphere! Had no problems with customer service . Very helpful with directions.

The rooms are huge. The checkin staff was friendly and fun. The first night the elevators were working and then next day all day they were not. The room itself was clean and so were the bathrooms. They didn't have those curved shower curtains that most hotels have now. The worse part about this room was there was no fan...

It's a nice place. Nothing fancy. Clean and friendly. And at a fair price. But centrally located to see all the sights of the area. 20mins back to Santa Fe or the other direction the same amount of time will get you to Los Alamos (where they created the "bomb") 15mins to The Rio Grand and Espanola (birth place of...

Don't stay here! The WORST customer service I've ever experienced! I had reservations for two rooms for two nights in a row, and upon check in my guests were first told, "no, we have no reservation for you", and then after some argument, they were given rooms for one night, with "no reservation in our records" for the following night....

The rooms are a tad dated, older TV's, and the curtain was torn at the top. Overall it is pretty clean and conveniently located to Santa Fe and three casinos. They used to give you free drink coupons upon arrival, but not anymore. The restaurant is really good, you great good food at a great prices. For example, steak, eggs,...

Located just north of Santa Fe, it seemed a good stopping place before heading to Taos the next day. It was the least expensive place we could find. We arrived after 8:00PM. Check in was simple. The rooms were quite spacious, with ample room on either side of King bed, including a lounge chair that was a good 5 feet...

For the price it was a very nice place to stay. It was about 20 minutes to Santa Fe, so a little bit out of the way but for $49/night who's complaining? It was clean, comfortable and I would definitley stay there again!

Simply a better price than the hilton down the road. Stay out of the restraunt its a waitress nightmare. We were regalled with stories of how she threw food at a customer and laid off for the week. She feels she did nothing wrong as the customer deserved it. Uggg tge biscuit was like paste in your mouth. The bacon...

We spent a restful evening in Santa Fe at the City of Gold Casino Hotel. In fact, this was quietest evening I can ever remember in any hotel. No road noise, other guest noise, etc. The hotel felt empty. The bed was comfortable, the TV was 20 yrs old but it worked. Coffee in room. Water in shower was hot....
