I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Everyone from the manager to the grounds keepers and bus boys behaved perfectly. The decor is dramatic. The most beautifully decorated hotel I've ever seen. I did a lot of traveling over the years and have never seen anything like this. And you should...

I would have sworn I reviewed the Inn of the Five Graces after we spent an incredible several days there to celebrate our anniversary in 2016, but as I can't find it in my contributions, I'll review it again. It was heaven! We alerted the staff ahead of time that we were celebrating a milestone anniversary and they went way...

We recently spent 3 nights here, which just wasn't nearly long enough. Not only is the property spectacularly gorgeous, but the service and accommodations are pure class. I could write a book, but here's what we loved: complimentary beverages, chips and homemade salsa, bath amenities(verbena towelettes!!!), the little alcoves next to the bed where you can recharge your phone, task...

I stayed here with my husband, and also other members of my family. I cannot emphasise enough how great this place is. I've stayed in many great hotels, and this is right up there. The first thing is the welcome of the staff - and they couldn't have done more for us. The second (& more obvious) is the fabulous...

While more expensive than other hotels in Santa Fe, the Inn of the Five Graces is worth it. The rooms are unique and charming. The complimentary breakfast is amazing. The room fridge is stocked and restocked with beverages and snacks. There are wonderful cookies and puzzles left for you ever night. But the best thing about the Inn is the...

The place is beautiful and the rooms are spotless but it's the staff who made this experience perfect! We were treated like royalty. There isn't a single negative thing to say. In a word, the Inn is perfect!

While certainly a unique, historic, boutique scale Inn within old Sante Fe, with an excellent location and helpful, friendly staff, it would benefit from some upgrading to fully warrant room rates, unless booking off-season. Example - Fresh paint, deep cleaning amongst cornices, trimming of frayed curtain ends, updating of electronics. I stayed in two rooms and enjoyed the upper floor...

My wife and I stayed at the Inn of the Five Graces recently. Unfortunately, we came down ill shortly after check-in (no fault of the hotels ... we blame our kids :) The hotel staff was excellent in every way and took great care of us, even offering to run out for medicine and chicken soup if we wanted. While...

Thank you for your kind remarks. Although you were not feeling well, you were great guests and we certainly enjoyed having you.

It is an excellent place which is reflected in the pricing. The quality of the tiling in the bathroom is very high and the bedding etc is top quality and the beds are comfortable. Staff very helpful even if a bit "gushing"
