We checked into the Don Gaspar Inn and were warmly greeted by Paige. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was quite nice with heated floors, strong water pressure and a jacuzzi tub for two. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was ample with juice, coffee, pastries, fruit, breads and a terrific pannini that Paige prepared. Just a...

A B&B steeped in tradition, with a friendly and customer-oriented staff who were willing to accommodate our gluten-free needs with flavorful breakfasts. A reasonable walk to fine dining and galleries on and near the Plaza. We stayed in a warm, welcoming casita with a fireplace and a kitchen. We hope to return soon!

The Don Gaspar Inn helped make our trip to Santa Fe one to remember. The Inn is just a few blocks from Downtown Santa Fe in a quiet residential area. The setting is private with a lovely courtyard. The room had an updated SW decor and was very clean. The innkeeper was friendly and accommodating, and Ana did a wonderful...

For the price, we expected cleanliness at least. What we got was the cleanliness was questionable (not sure the bathroom rug had been washed or changed, etc.). The bedding is what shocked us. We slept on a bad mattress, a cheap, used piece of foam core (my camping experiences have been better), and mixed sheets. Our pillow cases, sheets, from...

Dear Joy H, Again, let me apologize for your less than perfect experience with us. Since your stay 3 months ago in September, we have as I mentioned in the email discussions we have had, taken steps to correct your observations and comments. Our housekeeping department took your words to heart and have addressed such issues as mismatched bedding and...

What a great location, within walking distance of the Plaza, yet off the main roads on a quiet side street. Our intention was to spend a couple of leisurely days here revisiting Santa Fe. Unfortunately, hurricane Sandy bearing down on our home state forced us to cut our trip short and go home early. We had to cram a LOT...

Just a short walk from old town Santa Fe, the Don Gaspar Inn is an oasis in the urban center. Our suite was very welcoming, just the place to relax in after a long day of sightseeing and travel. Not only was the room welcoming with its Southwestern ambiance, but the innkeepers did everything in their power to ensure that...

Great location! A short walking distance to the city center, but away from all the noise. The staff are fantastic, especially Anna! She was great at accommodating my food allergies. We stayed in the hacienda. Our own little house. Beautiful and spacious! It was decorated beautifully. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Our four night stay at the Don Gaspar was restful and the room what we expected for the price. Our only disappointment were two of the four hot entree's at breakfast. One was all sugar and fat, the other cold. All other aspects of breakfast such as variety of breads, beverages, setting and cereal were excellent. We especially enjoyed the...

Dear Brownman6, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. First let me apologize for the breakfasts that were not up to standard. We strive to provide "comfort foods" that fuel up our guests for a long day of shopping or hiking, and that sometimes means sweet dishes. We encourage all of our guests to...

Not having a car we chose the Don Gaspar Inn for its excellent location within a 10 minute enjoyable walk of the Plaza and many Santa Fe attractions.
