ElParadero was conveniently located close to the Plaza. The Breakfasts were outstanding - the BEST we have ever had at a B&B. And every afternoon they served up some sweet treat such as chocolate flan. The food was so good that we considered asking them to make us dinner too - but of course we didn't do that. The staff... This really is a beautiful old home, over 200 years old, and the breakfast was amazing. They even had a delicious assortment of desserts set out in the afternoon with hot tea, coffee or chocolate. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. Why then you ask am I giving it a POOR rating? The rooms are located in 3 separate... More

This is a fabulous place! Sue and her staff go above and beyond! Our room was beautiful and interesting! Each breakfast was a real treat! Within walking distance to many of the Santa Fe attractions! We did find the wifi to be a little weak.

Sue, the owner was very helpful with suggestions on what to do in Santa Fe. Outstanding home made breakfasts every day; late afternoon tea with goodies and cookies for the evening. This B&B was clean and quiet. Our room did not have a TV but the main building had one. You can walk to the "Plaza" and other Santa Fe... More

I love Santa Fe and this my favorite home away from home since 1999. Wonderful rooms, love the ones with fireplaces, varied prices if you're on a budget. And the breakfasts are fantastic, great food, and family-style seating makes it fun to meet other travelers. I've stayed here alone many times and chose it to celebrate my birthday with my... More

The owner was so helpful in making our stay pleasant. The b&b is situated about 5 blocks from the central area. Breakfasts were delicious. I really appreciated the dessert around 4 pm. Our room was on the smallish side, but comfortable.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the El Paradero on October 19, 2016. We had room number 8, which Christian, the staff member who checked us in said used to be the stables of this 200-year-old house. The room was charming, complete with fireplace and a sink. Our private bathroom was across the hall from our room. It was a... More

Situated ~2 blocks W of the NM State Capitol and an 8 minute (~7 block) walk to the Plaza, the El Paradero is centrally located in downtown Santa Fe. Easily walk to the Plaza, Capitol, and Railyard (7 min walk WSW), as well as the local grocery store and pharmacy just off Paseo de Peralta across from the Capitol on... More

Really enjoyed the historical nature of this building and the location within easy walking distance of most Santa Fe attractions. Breakfast and tea time were great as well. Rooms were smaller than I expected, but of more than adequate size. Only complaint I had was I wish they'd change the dolls decorating our room to something else - we found... More

My wife and I recently had the best B&B experience this side of heaven! Everything was perfect from the comfortable bed and fireside, bench sitting alcove to the well appointed bathroom and the excellent chilaquiles breakfast to the most warm and friendly staff including Sue, the owner-manager. Next time we stay, we'll be sure to make it for afternoon tea.... More
