This hotel is a great value with reasonably priced rooms. I stayed in a king superior room with a fireplace last week and had a wonderful 5 day stay. Upon arrival, Charlene greeted us as we exited the car and quickly oriented us to the parking area (parking is free, something not usually found at city hotels). Check-in was smooth...

6 of us stayed here for 4 nights in April! We were pleased with the decor, the comfortable beds, great, friendly service, unbelievable choices at breakfast & a very convenient location! The restaurant also was a welcome addition! Unfortunately, the weather was not quite warm enough for the pool, but great for sight seeing!

The best place I know to let down is the Inn of the Governors. EVERYTHING about this hotel is about guest comfort and relaxation in the heart of Santa Fe. Some of the BEST staff ever from a warm welcome in the parking lot, the sherry reception in late afternoon, perfect housekeeping and the accommodating friendly folk at the desk....

First, the atmosphere is wonderful. The lobby, pool, and rooms are beautiful, warm, inviting, and feel very NM. I had great customer service from front desk, less so from the restaurants (not bad, just fine). They offer a pool, free wifi, a free breakfast (it's a great breakfast, too!), free parking and a great location. It's very walkable to most...

We just finished a week at this fine hotel and loved the location, the warm and helpful staff, and the generous breakfast buffet and parking which were included. It was so easy to stroll to the historic Plaza area, and several of the outstanding museums are within walking distance. Our room was lovely and nicely appointed. The hotel restaurant serves...

We spent a night in room 204 and it was probably the worst stay we had the last ten years. We had requested a quiet room and they gave us one facing the busiest intersection available. Windows or door do not give any noise insulation. The room was maybe 150 sqfeet (for 200 dollars) and we had to move one...

This hotel is perfectly located a few blocks off the noise and traffic of the square. It is an older hotel that is very well kept. It has details that many hotels never think to offer. They have a great sherry hour each evening - and it is really good! The coffee bar even has whip cream and chocolate. There...

We loved our stay at the Inn of the Governors. The breakfast alone is worth staying there for. Eggs, sausage, bacon, ham, fruit, pastries, hashbrowns...etc....all you can eat included in price of the hotel. We were full enough to not need much lunch most days. They have a Sherry hour everyday that we went to once and enjoyed. It was...

Dear honeymoonerNE, I'm so pleased to see that our buffet breakfast stands out enough to be a stand reason to stay with us. We happen to agree and love knowing you enjoyed that, our convenient location and tea & sherry hour. I hope to see you on your next visit to Santa Fe. We had a great 6 day stay recently at the Inn of the Governors. I highly recommend this hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and decorated in the local New Mexico style. All the staff a very friendly and accomodating. Including in our room rate was a daily breakfast buffet that was outstanding. Each day there was a local dish...

We've been coming to Santa Fe for many years and this was our first time staying here. Reasonable rate for the prime location. Stayed in a superior king and was quite satisfied with the room size and comfort. Bathroom a little small, but functional. Decor is charming. Breakfast would probably suit most people, though I'm not the danishes and bagels...
