Sage is my go-to when I'm in Santa Fe. The rooms are clean and affordable and the staff friendly. It is close to The Plaza and Whole Foods is right next door. They have a small business center and offer a shuttle downtown, if you don't feel like walking.

The Santa Fe Sage Inn is a nice value motel that's close and convenient to downtown. It's perfect for quick trips to visit my son at St. John's College. They have a good continental breakfast that's well-maintained, a decent laundry room, plenty of parking and are right next door to a Whole Foods Market. They have shuttle service to the... More

I stayed here for the Opera season during summer and it was a nice average stay. The bathroom was really small and made it difficult to maneuver with hung clothes, etc. There was a problem with door lock on our door as well as our friends' door next door. We had to get new keys once. Cannot complain about the... More

We have stayed at this motel several times. They serve a continental breakfast (hard boiled eggs, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, muffins, toast, bagels, several juices, coffee, apples, bananas) in a large room behind the registration desk. The rooms are a bit small, but fit two queen/double beds. Our internet did not work. When we asked the desk, they said it works... More

The place was clean. The breakfast was plentiful. The 24 hour availability of tea, coffee etc was a real plus. Free hourly shuttle was very convenient. One of our rooms still smelled of smoke. The room haven't been updated in many years and the FREE wifi was practically non existent because it was sooooo slow. Even computers in lobby were... More

This is my second time at the Sage Inn in NM. What a pleasant stay. The staff is very helpful and well informed about the area. The breakfasts are very good. There is a lot of variety. The coffee and fruits are available all day. The best thing is that the shuttle takes people into the Santa Fe square almost every... More

This motel was fantastic. The staff was superb, the breakfast provided stayed open beyond dawn and had waffles and oatmeal. There were games for us to take to our room. It was convenient to the plaza. The rooms, although quite small, were very clean and they were absolutely delightful to our elderly dog - even allowing him to come into... More

I have stayed at the Sage near Thanksgiving to visit with a friend of mine who comes home to Santa Fe for that holiday every year rather than my driving back home to Los Alamos late at night. This year the hotel offered a major sale about 2 months back and I was able to book for an incredible deal!... More

Excellent value and a very friendly staff. Breakfast was good, though a hot dish such as scrambled eggs would be appreciated. You do offer those do-it-yourself waffles, but I suspect that some guests probably feel a bit intimidated to try the machine, which can make a really big mess if too much batter is put in. The real plus is... More
