Travelling Route 66. This was the most expensive motel on the trip. The room was ok but the bathroom was not up to standard. The thing that really shocked me was the $8 charge for parking the car. Why does a MOTEL charge for parking? Isn't the whole point that you bring your car? I did bring this up when...

I have stayed here now several times and have been very happy with it. Location is perfect, several blocks from the main Plaza, and the rate very enticing!! Everything is outdated including the small TV. You park your car and you can walk everywhere. There is no charge for guest parking. Rooms are 3 star, plastic chairs that are ugly...

W loved our stay here. It is old and quaint, it is very reasonable and two blocks from the Plaza. Beds were wonderful, bath and room very clear. We had a lovely maid. She gave us ideas of places to visit. They charge for Parking, but cheaper than the parking meters.

Ok, the positives. Well located. 2 blocks from the Plaza. Also, very reasonable cost. Rooms were clean, but outdated. Carpets seemed pretty dirty and beds need replacing, but otherwise it is quite clean and well maintained. I think with some small upgrades, this place would be a real gem.

Really good deal for downtown santa fe.Super nice staff,,really helpful..Within walking distance to anywhere downtown..Had great time at the pool.Dont remember her name, but blond girl working front desk went out of her way to help us figure out where to eat and visit. Definitely staying there again. As far as the parking fee everyone gripes about,,we didn't have a...

This jewel in Santa Fe could easily be your home for a week. We loved the beds. The mattresses were very comfortable. The pool is exactly what you imagine and not heated. We enjoyed the location! Easy walks to the Plaza and great restaurants. Spend your money doing other things in Santa Fe, not on an overpriced room. This is...

This is an older hotel that was updated some time back. It's seriously in need of another remodel. The beds are sub par. The cement in front of the rooms is flaking apart. There is no elevator for upstairs rooms. There is no breakfast. But to top it all off, there is a large parking lot that was half empty...

I stayed here for three nights at the end of April with a group and we got a great group rate. The room had a queen bed and was adequate with a microwave and refrigerator. I had to plug in the refrigerator when I arrived. The refrigerator was so noisy I would turn it off at night and then plug...

Everything about our experience was mediocre, with a little rudeness thrown in to finish it off. We were charged $8 per day to park in a MOTEL (NOT advertised), the pool stood covered up and unused, the rooms were shabby and smelled of cleaner mixed with dirty old carpets, and old old beds. For all this, we were charged a...

This is a dated, run down, unpleasant place that its good location doesn't redeem. In fact, its existence brings down the immediate surroundings. Go for The Sage Inn, a much nicer pace that doesn't charge you to park, or splurge and stay at La Fonda or the Inn at Loretto.
