I stayed here last week with friends at their recommendation. The location is ideal and the hotel works on every level. What is a standout here is the front desk associate, Perry who was working alone (I should take off a star for low staffing levels), but he made up for it with aggressive hospitality, and working like a second... Excellent hotel, one of the best that I have stayed in. Mr. Redondo was is the quintessential front desk manager, the concierge, and indeed, all the staff, were very thoughtful and helpful. The location was very good, many sights were within easy walking distance.

I was greeted very nicely and given an excellent room. I was in town taking a class so I had little bits of time to enjoy the hotel and it's amenities. There is a lovely heated out door pool, a very nice hot tub and a great fireplace to warm up and be cozy around. The hotel staff were very... More

My partner and I (visiting from Australia) stayed here for 3 nights in October. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at due to the amazing staff. I have never experienced such kind, helpful people working at a hotel. Hilton Historic Plaza should definitely be proud of their employees for being so great to their guests!... More

Great location! Near the Plaza and court house. Clean, and well maintained property. Room was clean and comfortable (loved the pillows and mattress). The breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced. The staff was well trained, polite and professional. Recommend this location for your stay in Santa Fe!

We stayed here for 3 nights and found the hotel reflected the charm of Old Santa Fe yet had beautiful modern amenities, especially with its spacious bathroom which included excellent lighting and a good shower head. Our breakfast buffet was included, and it was worth it with many selections of fruit, hot foods, pastries, etc. and friendly service. My only... More

Super friendly staff. I have stayed 5 times in past 2 years. Never knew they had Casitas, despite my wife and I being Diamond. Well, it was a special treat. Super nice accommodations, food, bedding, etc. No complaints at all.
