Very nice property in a great location. Walkable to everything. Staff are friendly and rooms are recently renovated it would appear. Bathrooms are really nice with a large walk in shower, great water pressure and great lighting. As with all Hiltons, rooms have a fridge and good wifi.

I stayed in the Hotel with two other family members. We all had different problems with our stay. One of us, was denied access to a hotel room at 1 am in the morning, even when we had booked it three months in advance. The other was given a room that was already occupied and had to be relocated. And...

Dear “leon I”, I sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience your family had while staying with us. I did have an opportunity to speak with you family while you were with us and did try to compensate you for your disappointment. I hope you will give us another opportunity to present you with a better experience. Kind regards, Tohnia

I arrived yesterday. No one at the entrance. No bellman is sight. I was told by a pleasant front desk clerk that he doesn't start until 4:45 pm. Apparently the usual restaurant and lounge is under construction. So they set up a back up place in the hotel chapel. Quite small and unappealing. You'd think that there'd be some mention...

We stayed at the hotel last weekend, celebrating our wedding anniversary. What a lovely stay. Our room was quiet and comfortable, poolside, next to the hot tub. Beautiful outdoor fireplace by the pool. The staff is the best. Perry drew us several walking maps and driving maps to places we wanted to visit. Even the weather cooperated by snowing big...

The location, facility, rooms, and service are fantastic. There is plenty of parking, easy access to it. The rooms are quiet. I like the fact that it is not a huge hotel. It was nicely decorated for Christmas and the staff was very responsive. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again. Attention to the VIP lounge could have...

The location is fantastic. A few minutes' walk to the Historic Plaza area directly down the San Francisco Street, one of the main streets in Santa Fee. The staff was very friendly especially Juliet. She was helpful and had a delightful personality

Great location and walking distance to the historic district with lots of shops and restaurants. Problem with this hotel is that their restaurant and lounge were closed. We had to eat breakfast in the "chapel". Very strange and un-comfortable. Wish we had known that prior. We went during the holiday season and again, location was good.

Thank you for posting a review of your recent stay with us. I am glad you enjoyed our location. I am surprised you had breakfast in the chapel as the Pinon Grille where we have always served breakfast is indeed open for breakfast. We are making some improvements in the bar area but that is the only area we have...

The lobby has a large lovey fireplace but so do all the other high end hotels. The rooms were nice and bathrooms OK but not as high a standard as i would expect of this location. Because the heating system is so old it was very noisy. My niece had a room across from the Executive lounge. People were coming...

Dear LAHarleyGal, Thank you for staying with us on your recent trip to Santa Fe. It is nice to know that you enjoyed our lobby fireplace. While a part of our hotel is historic with over 300 years of history on this site with the Ortiz family hacienda, the guest rooms are all brand new along with the HVAC system....

My room is 5 star both functionally and aesthetically. First and foremost my room is functionally perfect!! Everything is just right starting with the flat panel tv - large/correct scale to bed and centered with the bed and level with head placement. There is a large desk with easy access to charging, a fridge and then an adorable sitting area....
