We visited this DoubleTree on award points for a quick weekend family visit to Santa Fe. While it's not centrally located, it is in a quieter area that still includes some nice dining options nearby. Our service was friendly and on-par with other DoubleTrees in which I've stayed as a Hilton Diamond member. It is in need of a refresh,...

all that you expect from the Double Tree hotel brand. Shuttle to the airport. Breakfast in the morning, as expected. Cooky and a bottle of water at the check in. Professional, well trained staff, location near airport, newly constructed building

We had a great stay at the Double Tree in Santa Fe, New Mexico. We booked two rooms. One for us and one for my parents. The rooms were very clean, bed was comfortable with nice comfy pillows. The hotel staff was very nice and I love the yummy cookies. The hotel is easy to find.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is close to downtown and there are several restaurants and stores close by the hotel. We did not eat at the hotel but did use the pool. The pool was an indoor/outdoor pool and the kids loved it.

Service was excellent. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Ate at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent and well priced. Only thing that was a little off were the room furnishings. The desk chair was torn and console cabinet was broken.

Beware the restaurant. Was out of several beers for a whole weekend. Order a Miller lite and bartender brings a Michelob Ultra because it says "Light Beer" on it. Floors in room had soft spots like you were going to fall through. Average hotel.

This Double Tree is under new management and was renovated in 2011. It is spotless and truly shines with new carpets, walls, immaculate and generous rooms, gracious and helpful staff, a fully equipped Fitness Center, an indoor/outdoor pool, and a fine restaurant.

There is no breakfast or free happy hour to be thankful for staying at that place. But clean and slept well. The location is great though. It was close I the rodeo grounds. The roundhouse was just a short drive. It is located by the mall and restaurant as well. Walking distance.
