We planned to do a round trip through Sequoia NP and King Canyon NP the next day and to return back to Three Rivers Hideaway. Unfortunately, the Southern entrance of the NP doesn't let in RVs longer than 22 feet due to the winding and narrow street. They adivse to take the gate at the Northern part of the park.... More

I was booked here to rent a cabin lured by the large words OETS WELCOME. I found upon a lengthy and confusing check in that our small dog was not allowed in the cabin. I found another hotel. I later looked at the website and found, in much smaller letters, Dogs not allowed in Cabins. I requested a refund and... More

The campground was not the best but it wasn't the worse either. We were close and in walking distance to water. Also close to the entrance to Sequoia National Park. There were only two showers and one toilet where we were and the first day no hot water. We did complain and after an apology that issue was fixed. My... More

My husband and I stayed here for a week in our trailer while visiting Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon. If you have an RV over 22 feet and want to go into the Park, then this is probably your best option, since larger vehicles/trailers aren't recommended on the hairpin curves going up the mountain. It's 3 miles to the... More

Nice and not fancy set up, access to the river with all the facilities, fire rings with grill, full hookups, laundry, showers, no restaurant. Casual and great for a short stop! Dave was very helpful from the moment I called to book to the checkin process also sharing good tips on the park and surroundings.

Visited this campground this past 4th of July weekend on our way to Sequoia National Park. This way apparently the only campground that had availability so we took it. I though it was expensive since you pay double than what you would pay inside the park. I found it very dusty, almost no trees and not very appealing although the... More

Such friendly folks with a beautiful location. Loved the family feel we received from Dave and all the other campers here. Be aware, there is only one washer and one dryer so don't plan on getting all the wash done unless you are going to spend a whole day! Very close to the south entrance of Sequoia. Picture is of... This is a great campground with an awesome swim hole! Family atmosphere. Clean showers, laundry facility, ice for purchase and close to the park entrance. Full hook up available for RV and tent camping by the river. Everyone seems friendly here. I'm coming back to the Hideaway for sure!

Pulled into The Hideaway on a recommendation from Holly at the Kaweah River Trading Company, and I am so glad I did! I met Carrie at the front and she gave me the warmest welcome. She gave me a tour of the property and I immediately knew I had to stay, I fell in love with the beach and the... More

Small ma and pa operation. Very close quarters; you will get to know your neighbors! Minimal bathroom and shower availability. Sites are short and can be challenging to back into. If your rig is greater than 25' from back to hitch, look elsewhere. WiFi only available near office.
