We really enjoyed staying here. The innkeeper Ann was exceptionally welcoming. We felt like we were guests at her house. Her son was the chef, and Tara was our breakfast server. The food was very good, elegant but not too fancy. And the service was extra special. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the area. Our room was in a house...

My husband & I just celebrated our 50th anniversary weekend at The Inn of the Shenandoah with a delightfully quiet get-a-way for two -- before the big family gala! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Ann was the perfect hostess and Chef Larry's breakfasts were gourmet all-the-way. Ann called us ahead of time to see if we had any special dietary needs...

We visited relatives in Luray and visited Shenandoah National Park. The inn was the perfect location. Our room was nicely decorated and very clean. We had wine, cold water and some snacks waiting for us in our room when we arrived. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the front porch with Ann, our inn hostess. She is great. Breakfast...

My friend and I had dropped her husbands off at a pub up the street. We set out to find a place to stay for the night, when we did a double take at a bed-and-breakfast and had to turn around. As we walked up to the front of the house, we were talking about how beautiful its architectural details...

We really enjoyed the Inn at Shenandoah. Ann is delightful and Chef Larry (A culinary school graduate) served up fabulous Belgian waffles eggs and bacon for breakfast. Also provided was a bottle of Cabernet which we didn’t have time to consume!. Our room was clean spacious and had its own entrance and porch. It is interesting that a Confederate soldier...

We were in town for a wedding and wanted a quiet evening for ourselves before the weekend festivities. We hit the jackpot with this find. Before we even arrived, our thoughtful hostess called to find out our preferences on breakfast foods. On arrival we were gifted with our choice of wine and a tour of the house. Our room was...

My wife and I stopped for a night after a visit to the caverns (must see!!!!). We would recommend the Inn highly. Ann and her son Larry are a great team. Larry makes a wonderful breakfast waffles and eggs (mushrooms, spinach and goat cheese). Ann is a gracious host and she makes you feel like you are home.

The inn was charming and comfortable. The house oozes Victorian excess, both inside and out. A Jacuzzi sure is nice after hiking all day. Both breakfasts were excellent. The innkeeper Anne was lovely. She called me the day before to ask our choice of complimentary wine. Soon we were chatting in a friendly and cheerful conversation. We enjoyed Wildflower Weekend...

My husband and I just returned from five days and four nights at the The Inn of the Shenandoah. Our stay was a remarkable experience. From the moment of our arrival, we felt as if we were visiting old friends. Anne, the Inn's manager, genuinely cares for her guests, but truly respects their privacy as well. Larry brilliantly prepared a...
