Beautiful historic property. Stayed with friends after hiking 6 days on the Appalachian Trail. Very nice rooms(a bit small by today's standards). Had wine pairing dinner which was great value. Stephanie did outstanding job.

From the young man at the door to the stiff drinks to that excellent service on the front porch, it could only be topped off by Steve and Jim's attention to making sure everything was just right. My husband and I had the wine dinner and thought it was nicely paired and reasonably priced. The wait staff needs to become...

We found the Inn online and knew nothing about it at that time. We were really pleased when we arrived and were greeted at the door by an attendant. Everybody was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. The reason we picked the Inn was because we only had one night in the area and everybody else was asking for...

I took my 9 year old to the Inn for a night to help celebrate her birthday and have some fun one-on-one time with her. The staff at the Inn made everything very special for us, in every way! Besides being a gorgeous place to stay, the people at the Inn made it a truly memorable and fun experience for...

Nearing arrival through the town of Luray we wondered if the Mimslyn Inn could possibly look as grand as the photos we had seen. Before us upon a hill stood the grand looking beautiful building with the winding driveway entrance. It was beautifully landscaped but I was sad to see that although there was a wedding in progress the potted...

Spent one night here, and that was enough. While the place looks nice from the outside, and the lobby, when we got to our room we found it so loaded with furnishings we could barely move around! A King bed (in a room too small for a King bed), an oversized cabinet (for the TV etc.), a chair with ottoman,...

enjoyed the historical element of the Inn...the staff was always ready to please and went overoard with their interest in making your stay a memorable one! The frounds were beautifully tended, the pool and spa refreshing. The two restaurants were absolutely elegnat and historical in design...We stayed two nihts adn could have stayed longer if nto for our compact itinerary.

12 of us met at The Mimslyn Inn for my Mother's 89th Birthday. 6 of us from Northern VA, and 6 of us from Staunton. Luray is a nice mid-point. Met there at 10:30 last Sunday for the Champagne Brunch. The entire experience was delightful. The staff was/were very gracious. The views were wonderful, and the food was excellent. A...
