First room had black mold, hidden behind curtain; thankfully my daughter noticed. When I reported need to change rooms to front desk I was initially told the only other available room was one king bed, inadequate as I was traveling with 2 teenage kids. I offered to take refund and go elsewhere and they found another room (I later wished they hadn’t). The room looked fine on first inspection so we took it. We left the hotel, returning when it was time to get ready for bed. That was when my kids realized there were hairs in the clean towels (yuck!). When I went to bed I realized also that there was an odor of stale cigarette smoke in the bed itself - this was in a non-smoking room, but I think the mattress had been in a smoking room previously. My daughter was asking to sleep in the car. Sleeping there was awful, but I wasn’t going to start looking for another hotel at 11 pm. I got up at 5 and couldn’t wait to leave! Found an Imodium pill on floor, and some dead bugs elsewhere, apparently they don’t vacuum or dust well between guests. When I went downstairs I mentioned issues to the fella at the front desk and he explained that they had an understaffed cleaning crew and couldn’t expect them to get to everything. WOW! I can’t comment on breakfast because we opted to leave without. I have mold and dust allergies so my sinuses had enough. Recommendation is to go elsewhere, this place is awful.

The service was very good. The room was clean. I just think it should be cheaper. Great service and hopefully this pandemic ends to try their breakfast next time. There's no bad smells at all. The only thing is they have to fix the cable service. I will be there soon again.

Rooms smell of cigarette smoke. They make you sign the paper that you getting non-smoking room but you go in and it smells bad. Rooms are run down, light switches in the bathroom don't work. The only good thing is friendly staff.

booked this place for a nite at a low rate and did not expect a 5 star hotel, a little sleezy from outside, some characters lurking around, you step in and get a feeling right away this place needs an upgrade, but the front staff were nice, gave us a upper level room at the end, my car down below from looking out the window (limited spots in that area), it was quiet, big room and bath, hey, can't complain once we got in the room . the free breakfast is like a grab and go, couple of juices, apple, whatever, but wasn't there for free breakfast and theres plent around if u don't want their take out.
