Given the price of this hotel, I was very disappointed in our stay. Although the lobby was clean and our room appeared to be recently cleaned, the room was not dusted and there were very noticeable carpet stains. The hotel bar is quite disappointing and unwelcoming. Guests were expected to wear masks in common areas yet this was not enforced or followed by employees or guests.
All the staff was very friendly, we were able to check in a little early with no problem. The pool and hot tub were really nice and both are a lot bigger than most. This is one of the few locations that actually has their pool and hot tub open, only with slightly reduced hours, from 10 am to 10 pm, which is still really good. Everything was very clean. The parking is either across the street or down the street slightly and is $12 with in out privileges for hotel guests. They did not have room service at this time which is the only disappointment since we usually like to have breakfast delivered to our room, but there are several restaurants within walking distance and they provide a grab and go breakfast for a fee, but we did try that. The staff did go above and beyond and made us feel welcome and we will be back.…
We had a great stay at the Hilton Scranton! The rooms were very nice and clean and the front desk was friendly and accommodating. The price was great for how nice the hotel was. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Scranton.
It was a nice get away from home with my partner. Beautiful area to stay. Scenery was was wonderful. Pool and jacuzzi was very clean. Gentleman at the front desk was very sweet and explain every question we with detail. Forgot his name but he was awesome! I will recommend to friends. We will be back!
