I have been visiting Scranton University for one week in October 2016. The hotel is one of the best in the city centre area, if taking my experiences from previous years into account. Great atmosphere, wonderful spacious lobby converted from the old train station. Rooms are spacious as well. Safety lockers in the rooms have a malfunction very often. Service...

Terrific staff, nice rooms and food and drink services in an early 1900's converted former train station My wife and I have repeated stayed at this property which is about 2 1/2 hours from our home. It has a noteworthy crew which strives to make things work. We have on several occasions brought other couples with us and they have...

I stayed here in June and ranked the place 5 stars as I had an awesome stay my only complaint is they charge needlessly for parking on a nightly basis. This stay is the opposite. I am writing on my third night of a 6 night stay. Out of three nights house keeping has only visited the room once and...

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. I am very disappointed to read that your stay has not met your expectations. We have had an internal issue that has since been corrected, but in turn has unfortunately impacted your stay, among a few other guests as well. I would like to take this time to...

The hotel is situated in a beautiful historic building in downtown Scranton, PA. That part is great but..... Need assistance with your bags? - DIY. There's no porter service getting in the hotel ( several sets of steps, too) or helping you with your luggage getting to your room after checking in. It's all DIY. You can park your car...

Beautiful hotel indeed! Restaurant was pricey but good food! Bar is tiny but quaint. Parking is in front of the building for $5. Not bad. The bad (and I complained EVERY EVENING with no resolutions, just excuses that they have 4 Housekeepers for 70 rooms) They ENTIRE 3 Nights we never had our room cleaned, stocked or the beds made....

.This is a wonderfully restored historic building...Lovely clean bedrooms and great mattresses. Thank you to the Radisson chain for preserving this icon so beautifully. We had a wonderful elegant dinner downstairs at Carmen's. There is a pub which was not too appealing to us. We plan to stay here on our return from Florida.

My family had three rooms at this hotel in early December. We found the rooms to be spotless, the beds comfortable, breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff was very helpful, looked up an address we needed and printed directions.

My grandfather, father and I worked in that railroad station in the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's, so it is special. The same old wooden benches are around upon which I waited w my mother for trains taking us to NY or Chicago. I now live out of town but return often and stay here at least once a year....
