Good morning again, Arthur. I truly enjoyed our conversation last week and sincerely apologize for the brief downtime we had with an elevator and the cooling temperature during University Graduation Weekend. While we did resolve these quickly, I understand your frustrations and new measures have been added to the property that extreme heat as was that weekend will not affect...

Beautiful old building .... Tons of atmosphere. Air conditions so noisy it was impossible to sleep. Absolutely no parking - employees no help at all. Elevator broken..when asked about it, employee said - guess it is broken. Restaurant staff arguing about who should serve in earshot of customers. Needs a real upgrade in service.

A novelty to stay in the old train station. That is about it; although the majority of the bartenders Rich, Marie, Barb, were excellent as well as the servers (Kendra was very rude)!!! Check-in was horrible, room keys failed to work the entire w/e, credit cards charged twice for same rooms, rooms were dirty (used Band-Aids left in bathroom), tubs...

This was our second time staying here in the last 2 years. There were additional renovations since last time. I was disappointed the coffee shop was no longer a Starbucks and that it was only open until 11. This time we had a 3.5 month old with us and she did well. The only noise we heard in our room...

How cool would it be to stay in a hotel built inside a historic train station? Not as cool as I thought. The lobby is amazing but while the rooms have recently been renovated, they're nothing to write home about. The sideboard had room for a fridge but none was provided. The little coffee shop makes a decent cup of...

The building was beautiful and it was really nice to take a step back in time in its history. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was in a great location within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, etc. and right at the highway on/off ramps for drivers. The room was nice and comfortable and on...

Phenomenal historic architecture of this restored train station/hotel. Gorgeous atrium where the dining room resides. Menu comparable to San Francisco and New York. Rooms remodeled. Walking distance to Scranton shops. Truly a fabulous experience. Bravo!

The biggest problem is the air conditioner which is way too noisy. When you turn off. The room gets too cold. And you can still here the air conditioner of the neighbors room. The hotel is very interesting for historic purposes.
