We stayed here on 10/8/20 in rooms 111 and 112. The rooms were good sized, looked new or newly renovated, and were comfortable. With the exception of the phone in room 111 (which did not work at all), everything was in working order. The bathrooms are good sized and the shower toiletries are attached to the shower wall.
We checked in after 4 pm and while our original rooms adjoining rooms were not ready, the front desk staff was able to put us in two rooms across from each other which was OK.
We found finding the hotel a bit tricky and suggest you look for and turn into the entrance to the Hampton Inn or Speedway gas station which leads to this hotel.
WiFi was good for web surfing.
We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again
Covid 19
The hotel does a very good job ( one of the best we have seen) regarding covid. The staff all wears masks, guests are required to in the public areas and for once we saw a hotel politely enforce this. There is sanitizer in the lobby, the rooms were very clean and the remote was even wrapped in plastic. Breakfast was a to go bag with juice, muffin, a banana, a bar, and yogurt. There was no coffee except for what you make in your room.

An impulse decision brought us to Flagstaff for an overnight stay. We have stayed at other Fairfield locations in the past and were completely satisfied with our stay. No change with our stay in Flagstaff. The room with a king size bed was small but clean. It had a mini fridge and regular sized microwave. The bath was nice, and the room had plenty of electrical outlets. We were impressed that our TV remote, alarm clock and the phone were individually wrapped to minimize cross-contamination.

Stayed there at the end of January overnight off the highway, it's conveniently located from the interstate The staff were really nice and I am a Marriott goldmember which means I stay at Marriott's quite a bit. They recognized this and immediately gave me an upgrade which was nice and everybody likes to be treated this way I really appreciate it. This Fairfield is part of their operations in a new place with a nice bar in it we can get cocktails and beer and wine and a wonderful breakfast in the morning. It has the usual good stuff of make your own waffles sausage scrambled eggs fresh fruit things like that. I have to say I was very pleased at the attention that the staff made to making sure the breakfast food was hot in plentiful and plentiful. The rooms our new or have been remodeled so they're nice clean with a modern touch. Unites mini refrigerator coffee maker and TV like all of them but everything was working just fine and very clean. As I said I was impressed with the staff in their willingness to try to help me in any way they could. The Hotel was great and made for a relaxing overnight stay. the other wonderful thing is there's such a couple really nice restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

Loved my stay here for the night on my way to the Grand Canyon over Thanksgiving week. With South Rim hotels outside the park a little bit pricey, I took advantage of this hotel on the way there, than 1 night in the Canyon to keep budget in check. The gentleman that checked me on Monday 11/23 in the late afternoon was super nice and provided an easy smooth check in. Couldnt get my mobile key to work but that's ok. Gave me a few ideas to look for dinner, though I went with something I came across on the internet (Northern Pines Restaurant, a short 5 minute drive which was AMAZING!). Room was super clean, was surprised to see how large the room is, seeing it has an extra couch and little room for the tv and couch. Linen, towels, sink bathroom and shower were clean on arrival. Easy on Easy off the highway which was convenient, than an easy ride without getting back to the highway to the Grand Canyon. Hotel restaurant was closed, as with most hotels blaming covid. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Hotel itself was clean too and pretty quiet.

The cleaning staff did not do a very good job. The tissue box was empty, so I put it on the sink as a hint to replace with a new one....use box taken no replacement. Took out bath mat, did not provide replacement. Toilet paper roll was empty, yes another did not replace. The black out shade on the window is a roll up type, it was off the track and had clearly been broken for a long time.

Located just off a heavily travelled interstate highway, the noise level was high part of the day.

On the positive side, there is a gas station and restaurant located within a few hundred feet of the hotel.

hotel staff misinformed us when breakfast hours were. we ended up missing breakfast hours! breakfast food at this location is bad! do not let them deceive you! fruit was very spotty and looked old/gross. hotel room was insufficiently supplied with basic bathroom items. as a marriott bonvoy boundless credit card gold elite member, hotel management refused to compensate us in any way when issues were brought to their attention! hotel has been reported to better business bureaus for this poor quality!

Great hotel and great spot. Worth the money. Close to old downtown and some nice restaurants. Nice staff. Good service very clean. Would have given 5 am stars but asked to stay an additional night and was told the rate would increase $55. Declined.

Just short of the Grand Canyon (90 minutes south) is this gem of a property! What a perfect place to stay in Flagstaff. This is right off of I-40, but it is also very quiet, so you get a good night’s rest. We stayed one night and it was such an enjoyable experience. Super comfortable bed and very spacious bathroom. We checked in and were welcomed by Scott (Front Desk) to a friendly experience. As an elite member, we were offered points or something from the cafe store. We decided we needed some water and decided to choose these two awesome water bottles (Pathwater). Upon getting into the room, we found an amazing surprise from the entire staff at the property (a signed card, fruits, and waters). Given we came in late at 8PM and from the Grand Canyon, we were tired, but seeing that surprise felt so special and gave us a second wind. Albeit, a one night stay, we would 10/10 recommend staying here whether you are a weary traveler coming from the Grand Canyon or visiting Flagstaff!

We were impressed with this spacious room. It included a nicely arranged desk and seating area. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and it featured very nice decor. My only quibble with the room was I expected a glass-wall shower stall rather than a tub-shower combination. The breakfast lounge in the lobby is very nice but the food choices were limited due to ongoing Covid precautions. We took advantage of the indoor jacuzzi and pool adjacent to a small fitness center.

Check in is usually 3:00pm. Check out is usually 11:00am. Cancelling two days prior usually means midnight of the day of check-in, so you have a little bit of leeway.
