It was great. We got there late at night and the friendly front desk attendant took my information and gave me the key cards right away. When we got to the room I noticed the soap and shampoo dispensers were tamperproof and it made sense to me that they be that way instead of throwing them out every time.

We stay at GreenTree because they are pet friendly, the rooms are clean and fresh (not drenched in stinky deodorizer) and they use re-fillable soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion containers. The family suite is roomy and comfortable. Join the rewards program and no pet fee, totally worth it !

We really enjoyed our stay at green tree inn. The staff was awesome. Our room was great, floors a little dirty but I wet swiffered them. Our micro wave had a slight problem and within 20 minutes of us being checked in they replaced it which was nice. The hot breakfast brought to us was very tasty. Really the only downside was not having a bath tub. The walk in shower was nice and roomy but having younger kids,One of which is still a small toddler he was scared as he is only use to baths. Other than that we had a great stay and will be back for sure!

Overall the hotel was fairly priced in a great location for the GC National Park and a good place for sleeping the night. Breakfasts are good as compared to others in same price range. We stayed for 4 nights and complied with their eco-friendly guidance of having the sheets changed only after 3 nights. For the 4th night, they never cleaned the room nor changed the sheets before we returned ~7pm which is unacceptable for any hotel. The manager in charge of housekeeping never called to explain or apologize (note: the desk clerks did apologize and housekeeping brought us fresh towels, but in the early evening we choose not to vacate again to have the room cleaned by the upstairs maid) Seating in the room is limited to 1 desk chair and beds There is a desk, fridge, MW, Room lighting is limited to bed lamps, a single dim fluorescent overhead, and LED desk lamp -- so if you want a place to read or lounge the beds are the only options. They have ok lighting in the dressing/bath. Make sure you request a room not facing the highway. 1st floor will hear upstairs movement. Hope this helps. Peace

My friends and I we stayed in hotel Green Tree beds were comfy with lots of pillows. The room was super clean had plenty of bath towels, from the hand soap to body wash and shampoo were all bottled which is really nice helping environment avoid not to make more pollution.
The last thing, front disk service was phenomenal!

Rooms have outside access so security is poor, and the pool is outdoors so is unusable most of the year. In a double room we were given one washcloth, one hand towel, and three coat hangers. Soap and shampoo are in large containers that are bolted down, so they cannot be moved to a better spot. There are no towel bars anywhere near the sink. The bedding is comfortable and the room is clean, but given the relatively high cost, more should be expected.

I tend to prefer the lower price hotel rooms at the expense of some pretty unpleasant experiences. However, Green Tree Inn at Flagstaff, Arizona is quite the exception. It was one of the lower priced rooms, yet it's 4+ rating was a surprise. Similarly priced competitors had horrendous reviews and were 3ish.

Room was very clean and had Covid 19 protocols - amenity dispensers with tamper resistant holders, fairly modern looking furnishing, green notices to minimize washing, etc.

The parking on the pool side is a little tight, but that's the closest nit I can find.

All the above would be great but even more so given the modest price.

i would definitely stay here again.

If you're looking for a clean place to sleep and shower with a very comfortable bed, this is a great option. It is near the freeway, really near the freeway, and our room faced it, but white noise helps me sleep. If you're the opposite, ask for a room NOT facing the freeway. During the Covid-19 period, eating breakfast in the dining room is not available but you can order small breakfast burritos that the staff makes. The food was decent, the delivery each morning at the schedule times not so timely. However, the two or three hotel staff members were hoppin' to keep up, it is simply a matter of high demand in a limited time band with limited employees. Have a box of PopTarts on hand to munch while you wait and give the staff a smile when they do show up, out of breath, running your food to your room. Green Tree Inn is now on my list of places to stay wherever I road trip.

I had to come to Arizona for business and needed to escape the Phoenix heat for a few days and I headed up to Flagstaff and found this place and I was really glad I stayed there. The rooms were completely renovated a couple of years ago and the materials and furnishings used really do stand out, everything was super clean in the room. Bed super comfortable and a great ac/heater system that was controlled from the wall. I noticed the general manager, Sim, was always walking around the property keeping it looking good and helping out with his employees. You could tell the way the employees worked together that there was this team effort with everyone helping everyone, it appeared to me that this business really treats its employees well which translates into a positive experience for us guests. The pool was closed due to Covid-19 but they still maintained a hot breakfast which was delivered to the rooms, that was excellent service! The hotel is right next to the great walking/running/biking trail that Flagstaff has and I went running on that while I was there, just an amazing place up there with nature. I would recommend to others staying there, and I would also if I returned to Flagstaff.

The easiest route to get to our property from I-40 E is to take Exit 195 (labeled Phoenix/Flagstaff). Keep left at the fork and follow signs for Arizona A N/US-180 N/Flagstaff/Grand Canyon and merge on I-17 N. Turn left on W Forest Meadows St. (signs for Milton Rd N), and continue straight to stay on W Forest Meadows St. Turn left onto S Woodlands Village Blvd. and GreenTree Inn Flagstaff will be on your right. You can also call the hotel (928) 773-1111 as you get closer, and we would be happy to assist in providing directions to our address: 2755 S Woodlands Village Blvd, Flagstaff, AZ 86001
