Very Outdated! Wasn’t clean! The nasty green carpet wasn’t vacuumed and was crunchy when walked across... barf! Gross smelling, broken windows, tiny shower, mold.... would not recommend! Pay the money and stay in a nicer hotel. Staff was great though.

This lodge was almost as disappointing as the ski hill. Rooms very drafty, no sound barrier, shower didn’t work and customer service was almost non-existent. Would not choose to stay here again. The location is convenient to the ski hill (if you’re one of the lucky few that even get to ski) and the gas fireplace was nice. AZ snowbowl is all about grasping for every penny and screwing their customers.

This is truly the bottom of the barrel places to sleep. No curtains and they leave the lights on outside all night. The door doesn’t latch all the way so all night light glared in through the window and door. Bed is like sleeping on a box of cardboard. Bathroom and shower are truly disgusting. The floor is actually starting to shift and you can see a slope. I would never pay over $50 bucks a night for this quality and they charged me $180! I have traveled the globe and stayed in many places—this is the new worst I’ve stayed in. Barely slept and smells like urine. I was going to go to my vehicle in the night and sleep.

This place was adorable with the nicest gas fireplace to keep you warm and cozy when it's freezing outside. The hotel bar also has the best drinks. Try the choco-chatta!! You will love it!! Next time will definitely try the restaurant because it looked delicious and was very cozy as well. The hotel staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice cozy getaway!!
