First off, the staff here is tops. Robbie on the phone, whom I booked our reservation with, was super enthusiastic and charming. Sara, who checked us in upon arrival, is a very hard worker, helpful, very friendly and fun to chat with. Everyone seems to have a genuine affection for the property and appear happy to work there. We felt...

Words can't explain how much we loved this place. We flew into Phoenix Sunday night and stayed there. We drove to Sedona the next day and stayed two nights and enjoyed it but not exactly what we where looking for. Expensive and lots of tourist but very beautiful scenery!!! We drove to Flagstaff the next day and were completely lost....

The cabins were dated, but clean and comfortable. When I asked about charging my Volt electric car the office let me plug into the storage room 110v plug. Sara was very helpful and pleasant to work with as well as the young man serving breakfast.

The staff was wonderful. If you want a rustic cabin experience, away from the busy areas and near the woods, this is the place for you. I thought it was a cool spot. But, the beds aren't very comfortable and the bathrooms are old and outdated. Go for the experience not for luxury and comfort. That being said, I'd totally...

My cabin was comfortable with a gas fireplace which had a romantic glow when it turned on at night. Quite night with minimal street noise after dark. Bring a three prong serge protector since outlets are limited (I always do on road trips). Weekend breakfast buffet started at 7am - served hot with a variety of options. Patio for dinner...

Loved the location away from the city and near the mountains! Great value for the price PLUS you get two free skylift tickets! Breakfast was so-so, but maybe that was because we were there on a weekday.

From reviews here we thought we knew what to expect from our stay. The reviews were right on the money for the cabin, small, clean and rustic. The shower appeared to be recently redone with nice tile (#15). Water pressure was low but sufficient. The lodge was quiet and has a nice setting in the pines. If you get a cabin...

We have been staying here practically every year for the NAU Athletics Wine & Dine in the Pines fundraising event (which is a terrific event itself). We always come in on a Friday and hang out the entire weekend along with several friends. We'll set up a table outside and fire up our portable gas grill. Very often other guests...

These small cabins were very clean and comfortable during our stay in mid August. The location was very pretty. The staff did their jobs well and were friendly. The walkways were a bit difficult for handicapped access as they were gravel and the bathroom a little small to navigate, there is no A/C but, we were comfortable that night ,...

Very accommodating staff. Clean simple cabin. Would recommend this for Motorcycle drivers as well as hikers. Right on property is a restaurant and bar that everyone who was renting a cabin was hanging out at. Very quiet in the evening. Also had a complimentary continental breakfast that was simple but appealing.
