To start let's just say our room exceeded our expectations. It was spaciously huge with a refrigerator and a microwave. Ample space for our luggage so the room didn't feel crowded. Considering there were four of us, the hot water stayed hot after each shower. Cleaning service were on point. Every morning Irene provided fresh towels and when we returned from sightseeing our room was clean and beds turned down. Thanks Irene you were the best. Armando (Bog) and Sandy are wonderful people. Helpful with suggestions on where to go, what to do and must see. Our group had a grand time. They are located on historic Route 66 and close to walmart, other shopping, eateries etc. There's a view of mountain on the side of the hotel as well as behind it. Our first time in AZ was amazing and Americans Best Value Inn was the best choice for comfort and value. We would stay here again. Armando (Bog) and Sandy thank you again for your hospitality, suggestions and smiles. Our trip was a success. …
My rating is based solely on the customer service I experienced. I booked my room about an hour and half before I was going to arrive. It was my two pets and me. I found out when I got there they have a pet fee of $20 dollars and with with 2 pets (heck even one), I hadn’t budgeted for that (nor did I feel like it was a fair price to charge for a budget hotel) I had been on the road for 14 hours and was alone with my animals. I understand if you have to stick with the policy, but then let me cancel! The woman working would not let me cancel my reservation. I had Priceline on the phone with her and I spoke with her as well explaining my situation. She refused to allow the cancellation, thus not allowing my refund.
Stopped overnight and was surprised to see how much you get for what you spend! Very clean rooms, bathrooms, working TV, microwave and little fridge, all working perfectly. Very clean bedding and comfy beds/pillows as well. Good place for an overnight rest!
We had planned a long drive and found this place in advance. Reviews were mixed, but they offered free breakfast and the location was totally fine with us, so we decided to give it a try. And we do not regret. Though there are no stores in a walking distance, you gotta drive to get food or something. But Flagstaff is considerably small town, not much of a driving here anyway. The administrator was very communicative and polite and told us a lot of local legends and myths while we had our breakfast. We enjoyed our stay there, though we only slept a night and head the road the next morning, but still - this is what motels are for, right? We werent looking for stains or dirt on purpose in our room. This is not a 5* hotel, so you have to expect what to get. If it's just a place to sleep - go for it!…
Room was dirty and had STAINS all over the bed! The walls are paper thin! I woke up at 5AM to foul noises of someone in the bathroom! Staff is extremely rude and they don't care about their customers.
