This was a typical gravel parking lot RV park which was very neat and clean. My main observation had to do with the display of political materials concerning the current presidential election campaign. The office had a display of support for one particular presidential candidate. While the owners of this facility certainly have the right to express their opinion, they... More

We have passed this RV Park on our way to Pagosa Springs several times and are so pleased we finally booked a spot. The owners are GREAT (offered us a loaner cable for our TV and tried to show us how to use it)! The park is GREAT! The facilities are GREAT! The only down side is they are usually... More

We requested a pull thru and told we could get one. Upon arrival we were told our rv would only get a back in??? We were also told they had excellent wifi. Well you could get wifi only if you were standing in the middle of the park. Go back in the rv and lose it. Discount??? No way.

A quiet, peaceful seniors only RV Park. Check in was easy and friendly. This is the second time we have stayed here and ironically they parked us in the same pull thru site. A third of the sites are pull thru with gravel and a small concrete pad with picnic table. A well-established park - tall mature trees. Only open... More

I try to save five star rating for those places which are really unique and warrant an above and beyond rating however I just could not think of a single reason to not rate it a 5 star. Yes, the rules are strict but the owners have over 30 years experience of knowing what works for them and their clientele... More

This park is small but beautiful. The spaces are large & the staff is really friendly. No smoking is allowed anywhere in the park which was an added bonus for us. Would recommend making reservations as the park is usually full.

Beautiful park. Clean, quiet, beautifully maintained with lots of pull thru sites. Full hook ups, levels with tree's and landscaping .Roads and sites are all gravel (2 inch) and deep enough it's not muddy when it rains. Yes, there are rules (referencing prior reviews), but that's also why it's so nice here. Owners on site. Our arrival was delayed due... More

Convenient; super clean; helpful staff; fair pricing. What more can I say?? This non-smoking campground is the best! We stayed at a campground across the road two years ago; it was not nearly as nice.

this is a seniors only rv park. while it is away from the freeway, you could hear route 89 traffic constantly. some of the pull thru sites are wide, but not all. no smoking anywhere in the park, which is a nice change, but if you are a smoker you cannot even smoke IN you RV, which we felt was... We spent a week at J&H and really enjoyed the warmth and friendliness of this small campground. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, the owners were friendly and helpful, and the signs were entertaining (these folks have a sense of humor). We never felt squeezed in, and enjoyed the options of a potluck dinner (owners supplied the burgers and hot... More
