This summary was created by AI, based on recent reviews.

The Twin Arrows Navajo Casino Resort has garnered appreciation for its serene ambiance and immaculate cleanliness, with guests consistently noting the well-maintained rooms and public spaces. Many travelers find the rooms to be spacious and equipped with modern comforts comparable to luxury accommodations, complemented by the hotel's array of amenities, such as a pristine pool and a well-equipped gym. While the service is generally lauded for being friendly and attentive, a handful of visitors have experienced less than stellar interactions with staff. Opinions on value are divided, with some citing reasonable rates for rooms, whereas others find the dining options to be on the pricier side.

My wife and I recently stayed overnight at The Twin Arrows during a Flagstaff getaway. What a great experience!

A previous review noted one disappointment after another. Perhaps, based on that review, the casino and hotel "upped" their game, because we had a fantastic time!

First of all, the customer service was excellent. As good, if not better than what you would receive in Las Vegas. From the "kids" at the valet and front entrance to the check in staff, housekeeping and gaming staff, everyone was friendly and very helpful. We were also very happy to see that most, if not all of the staff was at least native, more probably Dine.

Okay. So this five-story property isn't much to look at on the outside. But once inside, you realize where all the time and money was spent! A gorgeous foyer, spacious casino with wonderfully high ceilings, a cool sports bar and café, an elegant steak house, and artistically wonderful hallways.

Our room was spacious, clean and very quiet (a very heavy room door helped). It was tastefully appointed with cool native decor with hints of art deco. (BTW - we had a King view room.)

The bathroom was very, very spacious with a two-sink set-up (a rarity) and a separated toilet. The walk-in shower was big enough for two.

He had a terrific dinner in the Zenith steakhouse and a wonderful breakfast (including wonderful fry bread) in the Four Elements Café (reviewed separately).

Here is the big suggestion. If you are looking to be close to downtown Flagstaff, this is NOT your hotel. Located off of the I-40, this hotel is PERFECT however if you want to be close to Winslow, the Homlovi Ruins, Walnut Canyon, Meteor Crater or the Petrified National Forest and Painted Desert.

We used to think that the La Posada was the only elegant game in town in the area. This property has changed our minds. We will be back!

This is a location for a pit stop in route to the west. The rooms are fairly nice and we usually sleep well. We enjoy having breakfast in the Café downstairs everything we stay there. The Casino is fine and we spend quite a bit of time there whether we win money or not. My only issue was with one of the bar personel, when I was sitting in a seat with slot machine in bar and I wanted a Martini and was told with attitude, no way for a machine player! I said, "then I won't play the machine!" That rude person said it would cost $15 for the drink and I said "FINE!" I paid and refused to pay while sitting at the bar. And did not tip her!

Me and my wife travel a lot and this is the first place that truly had everything covered: nice well designed rooms, nice casino, friendly, helpful staff and an excellent steakhouse (food, and service). We both were impressed that here even the little details were covered: friendly, welcoming staff opening doors for us when entering the hotel, water bottles at check-in, nice layout of the hotel and rooms (no noise from the hallway), good lighting in the bathroom for make-up application (bad lighting in hotels is my wife's pet peeve), even a make-up removing towels. Everything was just right or exceeded expectations. We are looking forward to our next visit.

We have a car and don’t mind driving 20-30 minutes to the city. And Twin Arrows has free parking. So we like the location.
The rooms were ok. If you like dark at night/ don’t like light coming in the room then maybe it’s not for you. The shutters do not block out the light very well, so light came in the room all night. In the morning the room was very bright with sunrise. We prefer curtains.
And several things went wrong. The closet light went on at 2am in the morning and it lights up the room, we got up at 2am to try to turn off the closet light, but could not figure it out. That was extremely frustrating.
There is no Do Not Disturb sign to hang on the door, so at 8:30am there was a knock on the door for housekeeping. I would recommend that they add do not disturb signs.
The beds were ok. Pillows also ok. The shower was quite good, actually. They give 3 free small bottles of water. And coffee in the rooms. Furnishings were good, too.
Front desk service for us was not bad.

Thank you for choosing Twin Arrows Casino Resort and for taking the time to write a review. We apologize for all the mishaps that you encountered during your stay. We do have rooms with curtains, unfortunately not all of them. The closet light is motion sensor but should shut off. We hope you stay with us again in the future!

We got a suite for a two night stay. The room was spacious but very poorly equipped. The clock was an old clock from years ago. There were no USB ports near the bed and no electric outlets. At this time there is no room service available nor or is there any bell hop service available. They blame everything on Covid. Housekeeping is done on a request basis only, we were not informed of this therefore our room went uncleaned !!!

Disappointed mainly with the service or lack there of. I had booked 2 rooms.
First I booked online a Double Room for 2 Adults and 2 small children and a King Romm for my parents who are traveling with us.

Shortly after receiving my email confirmation I also received an email stating there were no Double Beds available. But I could get a King room and 2 rollaway beds for an additional $28 EACH!! Which is ridiculous. Why should I pay an additional $56 plus tax for rollaway beds when I initially requested a Double Room.

So after after few email correspondences with Kerrie in the Reservations Dept I received an email stating that I would be put in an Executive King room which had a couch. At this point I decided to look around online for other hotels. If I'm paying what I'm paying for that room, I don't want my young children sleeping on a Couch!! Unfortunately the other hotels I checked were fully booked being the weekend before Christmas. Using forethought I got online and ordered 2 small kids travel cots.

We arrived to the hotel at 5:10 pm. Check in is at 4:00 pm. After waiting in line for 25 minutes I was told my parents room was ready but mine was NOT. Then the front desk clerk had the nerve to tell me, "Just wait in the other room you have and I'll call you when your room is ready." So, now I'm paying for a room that I can't even get in to. If I wanted all 6 of us to stay in a room then I would have only paid for one room instead of 2. So my family and I haul our items up to my parents room and sit and wait. Finally, I get a call alittle after 6:00pm that our room is ready. We wait another half hour in line even had some one cut in fron of us, AND it's NOT an Executive King with a couch, it's an Accessible King, NO couch. I was so glad I bought these little cots for my boys or else we all 4 would have been sleeping in the one King bed.
This entire experience was unacceptable. I even asked, "Why is the hotel allowed to charge me a late fee if I check out 1 minute late, but I can't charge the hotel a late fee for making me wait 2 hours AFTER check in because there's not a room available for me. Get it together. At least be a little apologetic and a lot more accommodating when the hotel staff/system is not working properly.

During a long drive on our way home we choose this place for lunch and pitstop. It’s about 25 miles East of flag and fairly new. Nice building but parking lot empty on a Saturday afternoon. Only place in Arizona where masks were mandatory during our AZ stay. Upon entering you have to take out your drivers license to get scanned and provide a phone nr. We asked what the options were for lunch. Buffet and steakhouse were closed so it was either the coffee bar or the sportsbar which supposedly had fried chicken to die for.
Pretty much empty in both the casino and restaurant but the service was painfully slow regardless. Never got refills on our drinks , no salt and pepper or condiments on the table and both the Navajo taco and to die for fried chicken were very bland.
Poor choice for our pitstop.

Our room was impeccably clean, the shower was so silky, I wanted to take two showers for the sheer enjoyment! The bed was comfortable and the pillows dreamy. Our king room even had double sinks and huge soft towels! We ate the amazing crab dinner and the wait staff was attentive; security and front desk personnel was GREAT ensuring our safety and security with a subtle and helpful presence. The pool area was beautiful and so clean I was sorry I didn't have time to stay. The spa was clean and hot. It's going to be hard to stay anywhere else. This was the epitome of luxury at a reasonable price! Granny even won a bit of money at the slots! My only regret is that I couldn't move in!

I recently visited Flagstaff with my brother and stayed in this property. I was delighted with the facilities provided by the hotel. The view from my room was excellent. The restaurant staff were very friendly and cordial. I remember Hannah who would serve us the breakfast and I have to mention her in this review because of the hospitality and care she extended each morning. Overall it was an excellent stay and whenever I return back to Flagstaff as a tourist...this hotel will be my home away from home.

We stayed for one night on a long road trip. The room was beautiful. The bedding was upscale and the bathroom was really nice. There’s a keurig corner with coffees and teas, a nice coffee bar in the room. Some people might miss the blackout curtains but I loved the look of the plantation shutters. It’s so clean-looking. They were meticulous about cleanliness and it showed. Masks were required in May 2022! The casino was very nice. Not all the restaurants are open. The pool and hot tub are open but we didn’t go. We had a late dinner at the sports bar. The moscato was fabulous and hubby said the draft beer was great. They served bar food with a Navajo twist. Don’t forget to ask for fry bread.

We didn’t win anything at the casino but it was a very nice stay overall
