Dont get fooled by the Wyndham affiliation. This motel was awful. Torn upholstery in the rooms; mouldings falling off wall; grimy carpets and a lobby that smells like a fast food restaurant. Friendly enough attendant at front desk but not enough to make up for condition of property. Only plus was how close it is to NAU if you need to be in the area.

First we were supposed to get an extremly smelly room, which was impossible to stay in. After some discussion we could change the room. The front desk manager was not happy with that. The windows were small, rooms were dark. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, I did not like all the plastic dishes and cutlery, it’s not very environmentally friendly.

This property has much potential but it's going to take money and an aggressive team to right this ship. Zero curb appeal, try some fresh exciting new paint to start. Upgrades and renovations are completely necessary. Reinvest in your future and give this property the TLC that it deserves. Start with room #1 and work your way thru this entire property and you will in fact have a product that your valued guests will surely return to. Do nothing and watch your sales and revenues continue to decline. The future is now, not tomorrow. The only thing holding you back is your own initiative to move this property forward.

The room looks ok and has everything you need.Coffee maker,tv,fridge and a microwave. Also toileteries. The train goes nearby and when you are a light sleeper it could keep you awake. We found it compare to other rooms a bit expensive. The breakfast was very basic and was served in the reception.Ther was 1 tabel outside but the weather was not good enough to sit outside,so we took the breakfast back to our rooms.

Stayed with my friends for one night. Located in the city so it was easy to find restaurants. Room was okay. Clean and the furniture was also okay. Wi fi was a little bit slow. Sometimes i didn't get any connection.
