My family and I stayed in a family suite. The actual suite was decent.. a little run down. Definitely needs updated and cleaned better. The front desk staff were not very helpful or friendly. I would have gone somewhere else but it was later and we had been driving all day.
DO NOT STAY HERE. There was hair IN MY BED and in the bathroom. Because of these reasons, I checked out early and the property is REFUSING my request for a refund. Furthermore, the manager is always unable to be reached by phone and will NOT respond to any emails I have sent. Pathetic business practices.
Horrible disgusting Dust-filler, the bathtub full of hair and fat, the smell of the room was like dirty. Behind the bathroom door, full of trash. We definitely don't stay at your hotel again. It was the most disgusting thing. I had to vacuum, clean the bathroom, and the kitchen, throw away the trash
I really liked this hotel. They had a nice pool and hot tub the water in the pool was cold but the hot tub was nice and big and the water hot. Staff at the counter very friendly. They had a really cool mailbox for you to use. Also little souvenirs.close to restaurants. I would diffently stay here again. It was a bit noisy with sirens but was so tired fell asleep anyway.
My g/f and I were in town for the weekend and booked a 2 night stay here and all I can say is that I wish we didn't. We checked in an were given our room and upon walking in we noticed just how dirty the room was. There was a giant stain on the couch and on the carpet as well. We decided to head back down to the front desk and request a different room which we were given. However, upon entering the second room it wasn't much better and this time there was some staining and other particles on the wall near the bed. Well we decided to stay one night and we checked out the next day. We requested to speak to a manager but were told one wasn't on duty and was given the email of the owner. Well that didn't help either as the owner didn't seem interested in responding. Although we had pre-paid for 2 nights we were requesting a refund for one night since we were out by 11 am the next day. We were very disappointed at not only the lack of cleanliness but the lack of response by the owner to work with us. We won't be staying here again.…
