I would not even let my dog stay at this place. The room was dirty, run down and did not have double locks on the door. When we checked in there was a sign that said, no dogs on premises. I was greeted by a pit bull at the door of my room that was with someone. We did not feel safe here and moved to another hotel for 2 nights.

Decided to do an overnight stay to see a little snow up in Flagstaff. The room was clean enough and the beds were fine. The heater worked pretty good and good thing because it got down to the 20s that night. The shower head needs to be fixed because it was just spraying everywhere. It's supposed to be a nice flow downward. The stairs were a bit scary. Those need an upgrade. Also the checkin office needs a new coffee maker. Overall grade a C.

CON - ABSOLUTE CONS. I hope the danda falls upon this hotel for how they treat people. They con and steal from others. They deserve this. They lied to a 3rd party booking agent and advised me to lie to my credit card carrier so that they could keep my money! Horrible and a disgrace.

OK, you get a bed...that's it. the mold has been painted over and is coming thru. the smell is there if you recognize it. I recognize the smell of mold. Literally true is the idiom, "they put lipstick on a pig!" I would never recommend this place. By the way there are no lights in parking lot! Totally dark!!!!!! I needed my phone light to go done stairs!!!!!!

I walked into this property looking for a deal since several motels in the area charge around $50. The desk clerk quoted me about $100. I told him the motel down the street charges around $50 and asked him why I should pay double for his motel. Instead of selling me on the advantages of his property he told me flippantly to go to the other motel. I told him his customer service was lousy and asked him if he was the owner because no employee I know talks like that. Not recommended.
